I wish there was a coffee station instead of a tea station in the lobby.

Shuttle was great

Clean and well located, two good restaurants on the property, and the shuttle driver circled back to get me when I called shortly after he’d left

The room was not very clean and the heater was broken, we literally roasted. I did complain several times.

Plugged drains, not very clean

Lots of dust and dirt on floor in room, Hot tub was the same temperature as pool

The staff was very professional and helpful

The airport shuttle was easy to find. And so convenient to have the Moxies attached for a late arrival.

This hotel had incredibly friendly staff. Very efficient. The rooms were very clean. Pillows were incredibly good. Bed was great and comfortable. The hot tub was not working at the time, but didn’t matter.

Everything was good!

Room was cold a first so changed it 3 times. There was blood on my blanket, coffee stains on the tables, soap holder was very dirty.

Booked a suite and it was good value for the room.

Nice quiet stay

Was in the -30s when I stayed here. Had a steady draft of cold air coming in through the wall. From the AC unit im assuming which just had a little wooden box covering it.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Amenities and rooms are upto the standard.

Carpets were dusty, bathroom cleanliness was 7/10, room was good can’t compare to the sandman downtown calgary which Is why I decided to stay here, staff is friendly, overall stay was 7/10
