The room was very clean and spacious! I liked that they had an air conditioner on already when we arrived as it was very dry and hot outside. It made unpacking our stuff so much more enjoyable. We brought our dog with us and he was given a bed and dog bowls from the staff which was very nice. We used the pool and had lots of fun.

Anybody visiting Jasper this is the place to stay. Ask for Room 104> King size bed, fire place, couch, and the usual amenities. As well the restaurant next door is definitely a 5*****. Staff were terrific, gave directions and suggestions on where to visit. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip West to Victoria

The room was very clean, and had everything we needed. I would say that the Tonquin is a reliable option when visiting Jasper - the different room types suited our needs as a family with young children.

The room was clean and the kitchenette was helpful to cook meals.

Amazing experience the family room was spacious, the staff was nice, no issues with parking. The only downside is that the walk to downtown Jasper is 20 minutes, otherwise a 5 star experience

Small issue with the shower curtain in our room not wanting to stay closed. Otherwise great.

The air conditioning was very poor. The AC kept turning off at night, and the room had poor ventilation. We could barely sleep because of the poor air conditioning. The tub in the washroom was extremely slow to drain, so we were unable to take a shower. The management should ensure proper air conditioning and plumbing before renting out the property. Very disappointed!

This a very average motel with no restaurant, no AC in rooms except a portable unit that was so noisy it was like a jet engine in the room. No central light in the room. Very old structure and needs to be brought up to date. And like all accommodation very expensive and for this motel I would never pay again

location was great, but we like a flat sheet included in our bedding and that is not available at Tonquin. Otherwise, nice stay

Only there for one night but staff were very helpful, rooms clean and could walk into Jasper easily. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed 2 nights there. It was a very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Its pool and hot tub are great.

Okay room. One window didn't have a curtain tho which made the room very bright during the early morning and late evening

Room was a bit dated. The light bulb was flickering once we got into the room, when I was using the microwave, a short circuit killed all the power in the room suddenly, I was very disappointed of such not well maintained room can be assigned to the guest.

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean beds & bathroom. Good accommodation with parking onsite near room. The floor was slightly noisy in areas due to being dated, but otherwise great accommodation!
