A great hotel and well located.

モダンな高級ホテルではありませんが、むしろグラナダらしく、情緒ある良いホテルだと思います。 部屋は十分な広さがあり、設備等特に問題ありません。 早朝の出発もタクシーを呼んでいただき、スムースに旅行を終えることが出来ました。

Wow. It was described and it s named a PALACE, Yes it IS A PALACE....Had a great time in this palace... I highly recommend it who love LIFE: good places, good staff, good food and good drinks...

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. A bit challenging to reach it by car, but nevertheless what an experience! The room and interior was amazing. Marina from the reception was very helpful, sharing lots of tips and advice - thank you again. Breakfast was amazing as well, not very often you can have Cava for breakfast. Cheers!

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. The rooms were far too hot for the weather in Granada. After checking in, we spent the day exploring the city and returned late in the evening only to find that the room was extremely warm, with no air conditioning available. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the response from the front desk. The receptionist was not helpful and simply stated that there was nothing she could do. Although she offered a fan, we were told that we had to carry it to the room ourselves. Overall, while the property itself is attractive and well situated, the lack of air conditioning and poor customer service made our stay uncomfortable

A nice hotel and great location

Equipe de funcionários muito boa. Localização privilegiada. Estacionamento custa 22 euros. Café da manhã é bom. Ao fazer o check in, apareceu uma conta no restaurante de 56 euros, que alguém deu o número do nosso quarto. Fiquem atentos. As câmeras que provavelmente existem, mostrarão os “equivocados”. Voltarei.

Zimmer sauber, leichte Verfärbungen des Silikons im Badezimmer vor allem im Waschbeckenbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück im angrenzenden Lokal. Dezenter Abflussgeruch im Zimmer. Lobby parfümiert. Kaffeevollautomat für Frühaufsteher. Beste Lage. Anfahrt mit „Geschmäckle“. Klimaanlage hervorragend.
