Nice hotel in Temple. Right across the street from Baylor Scott Hospital made it convenient for visiting my father.

Clean and comfortable for a weekend stay

Advertised with a pool and hot tub. And it is out of service. Toilet leaked and missed a day of cleaning

The pool was down witch was the reason we booked there, it was freezing in the lobby, there was pubic hairs in the bathtub, we were given a room the first time that we couldn’t access do to flooding

Needs to be updated. Mattress was sunk in the middle and had toenail clippings on the floor in the bathroom

The staff at the front desk and the waitress ar the bar/cafe were wonderful.

My family would definitely stay here again! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hilton Garden Temple needs major upgrade. Maintenance needs to be done in all rooms. Broken fixtures. Bulbs replaced. Etc.

The staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Site was clean and current. Lighting in bathroom is horrible…..definitely has the feel of a “bad, cheap space in a horror movie”. The room met our needs for a short stay.

Loud noises woke me up early Saturday around 7. It sounded like construction noises. I did not know about the construction until an email was sent the night before my stay. I had checked in late Friday night. Also the shower was very hard to control. It kept going from cold to very hot without even moving the knob. This was frustrating. The workout room flooring was hazardous. It was uneven and not very safe. Pieces of the foam were sticking up in a big area. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel stay was very nice. Close access to anything you need.

Its a great hotel and they work hard to up date it. Right now construction on the lobby entrance due to damage by storm and the pool is under remodeling and not open. The staff is very knowlegable, experienced and very nice and friendly. Good breakfast buffet and had room service and.othe food at lunch and dinner. I would recommend it to family and friends

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the years, It is convenient to family members residences and Meg's Cafe!!

Ok stay other than booked for indoor pool which was out of service. They said it was on the website but who checks that after you book.

I didnt like the toilet not flushing well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

My family and Irecently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. (November2,2024 at11:35 pm) The manager and the front desk staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we we’re talking about an issue, they laughed about the situation( Stephany and other woman) and seemed more interested in starting an argument than resolving anything. The staff member who was laughing when I asked her if she was laughing about our situation she answer “ I don’t care” then when I confronted her she said what you’re gonna do about it " To make matters worse, Stephanie at the front desk refused to provide her last name and stated that we were no longer clients. The manager did nothing to address the situation, and the staff felt completely comfortable being disrespectful in front of her .Their intentions were clearly not to help us. Stephanie and the other lady were the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Hilton has always been my first choice, but I will never return to this facility. Please be more careful about who you hire.

Good service

Expedia/hotel did not note that pool is permanently closed and there is construction going on at the property. Limited dining on site and no breakfast available until 9am! No shower gel soap or conditioner in attached shower containers and no answer when I called guest services. Check-in person was great but she was unsupported. Shower had large crack down multiple tiles that were glued together and stained.
