Nadie presta atención rente dos habitaciones conectadas y no me respetaron , me dieron en dos pisos diferentes y nadie solucionó nada , muy mal el servicio, , no resolvieron , estuvimos una semana de vacaciones y separados

Very very Satisfactory

Spa was too many people and loud kids but was beautiful . The salt room wasn’t working either . But besides that the hotel was 5 star ritz style hotel. I would definitely start here again . Loved the area .

Veldig hyggelig personale, fint hotell. Vi hadde 4 manns rom, med 2 Queen beds. God mat, drikke og service. Daglig rengjøring. Litt lite bad til å tilhøre et 4 manns rom. Måtte daglig etterlyse mer do-papir, da de bare fylte på 1 rull. Den ene gangen vi etterlyste tok det nesten 2 timer før vi fikk det. Rengjøring var veldig bra, men noe slitasje på rom. Frokosten var helt nydelig.

Nous avons apprécié le check-in avant l'heure et le surclassement avec vue sur le jardin mais malheureusement nous avons regretté l'absence de restaurant le soir l'accès au jardin bizarrement impossible et dans l'ensemble les prestations de l'hôtel qui ne semblent pas au niveau d'un palace.

Le service de chambre n’est pas assuré le soir. Pour un hôtel 5* ce n’est pas normal. Sinon très bel hôtel. En revanche il y a énormément de chambres donc il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher longtemps pour trouver sa chambre. Et ah oui important, pour aller à la piscine il faut payer 60€ par personne 😳 et réserver un créneau 😳. C’est une première pour nous, d’habitude l’accès à la piscine n’est pas payant pour les clients de l’hôtel !!! Nous n’y sommes pas allés…

This hotel is definitely a 5 star hotel, by looks. The rest was horrible. Beautiful property but horrible service. I proposed on this trip, and was supposed to have flowers that I had arranged and purchased myself to be dropped off in the room by concierge/guest relations. The night of the proposal, we returned to the room, bed unmade, and no delivery of flowers in sight. After going to guest services, it took them an hour to find the flowers and even then, they were not sure that the flowers were mine. No compensation, no extras, just an “I’m sorry” at the end of it. Additionally, we had called room service for waters, they told us to call house keeping and hung up. We called house keeping, a minimum of 3 attempts, and nobody ever answered. Another occurrence was an employee came to the room asking something about the room. It was in French and I said I did not understand. The employee kept trying to ask, eventually got upset and walked away. For spending what some people make in a month or two on a hotel room for a couple of nights, the service needs significant improvement, and because of this experience, I am left feeling upset with my stay here.

Hôtel d’une très grande qualité. Staff d’un grand service et disponibilité. Restaurants et room service très bien. Hôtel très bien situé. Je recommande vivement

Très belle expérience Chambre spacieuse confortable et silencieux Personnel vraiment agréable et professionnel Salle de sports et Spa au top très bien équipé Bonne Localisation Nous avons pas testé la restauration apart le petit déjeuner qui reste satisfaisant sans être exceptionnel
