Amazing Hotel, outstanding service, food and drink. One off the staff Dionisis made out visit to a dream. The level of service and professionalism from him was above and beyond. Schöne, moderne und gepflegte Anlage mit gutem Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen unbedingt HP zu buchen, wenn kein Auto vorhanden. Andernfalls ist das Abendessen teuer. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt, jedoch kann man sich auf die Zeiten nicht wirklich verlassen. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar war stets sehr freundlich. Housekeeping ebenso. Das Meer ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Flug, waren entsprechend müde, sind gegen Mittag im Hotel angekommen und mussten sehr lange (ca.2,5 Std.) auf unser Zimmer warten. Hier hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass das Personal einwenig entgegenkommt. Ansonsten alles super verlaufen und wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic resort hotel which caters for everyone, it is only a 15 minute drive to Corfu town and offers everything that you need, from its own beach, pool and restaurants to night time entertainment.

Was amazing , bungalow with pool Great breakfast and staff

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful time here. The one thing they do great here is the food! From the breakfast, to the BBQ lunch and even the buffet dinner. It’s all done to a high standard. The staff are super helpful, polite and professional. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which is a good location within the hotel. The only downside is the AC was very weak and the room didn’t cool down as much as I would’ve liked. You also hear the other residents next door quite a bit. But I didn’t let that ruin our experience.

Everything wonderful. Our third time there and always love it. Only minor disappointment was that there was only one treadmill working in gym although there were others there.

We have been staying in Kontakali Bay for a few years now because the hotel is exceptional. All the staff are extremely helpful and the atmosphere is warm, it is like coming home. Very close to Corfu town and they have a shuttle bus every day at 9:30 coming back at 1:30. Food is fantastic, they have a lovely swimming pool and it is next to the sea. Beautiful location, relatively small (which we love), great Greek hospitality - we will be back!

Mid level hotel. Reminded me of Spring break hotel. A lot of kids and families. The food was passable but not great. The rooms were tired, small and expensive. The pool was packed and murky( maybe due to being salt water). It ended up being quite expensive for what you got. It is not walkable to anything.

Lovely hotel , beach great , sunbeds very comfortable . You can order drinks from sunbed . Clean sea . Always beds available . We were half board and you can swap lunch for dinner which is great . Lunch delicious grill for fresh prawns , fish and kebabs . Lovely salad bar . Drinks reasonable for 5 * . Staff delightful . Room spacious , we had sea view room def worth extra for thst . Bathroom a little dated compared to room . Shower in bath and not super powerful . Great air con . We will be back

Waking up and able to see the beach view from the room is amazing. Staff members are super friendly and always willing to help. Also the receptionist assisted to book the day trip cruise experience - highly recommended for some activities outside the hotel.

We weren’t due to stay here during our week in Corfu but some last minute changes meant I booked this on the morning of the stay. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, room cleans were immaculate every day and the service was great. I only wish they did an all inclusive option!

Idyllic spot ! Quiet location, stayed in the main hotel with a sea view room, lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Room was perfect, v clean and modern, free toiletries and we were v grateful of the daily water and the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit on arrival - nice touch! Used the beach and pool, both lovely with service to your sunbeds. Would not hesitate to return again.

Absolutely fantastic. A quick get away with my wife and our 1 year old. The hotel is fabulous, and we could fault the food - my wife is hard to please in the food department but had no complaints. The staff are wonderful, cheerful, polite courteous and love children. We opted for breakfast only as we wanted to visit some restaurants out of the resort. The breakfast is fantastic and you are provided a wheelie high chair to go around the buffet - it sounds a bit butlins but it was really very useful. The chefs went out their way to accommodate for our 1 year old. We tired one of the à la carte restaurants and it was excellent. We tried the buffet dinner but it had coach party/northerner’s dream, queue up and eat all you like, all over it so that wasn’t for us. Beaches were beautiful, towels provided and 2 beaches to choose from. A nice beach bar separate to the hotel can be found around the rocks on the far left of the resort. Oh, we went for a garden room, non sea facing at first however we backed onto the staff car park and were awoken by mopeds etc so we moved to a sea view which was absolutely wonderful - don’t skimp, pay a bit more for the sea view, trust me. I don’t usually leave a place saying I’d go back but I’d definitely consider it again later in the season. Swimming pool was salt water, freezing cold but pleasantly nice. The only criticism would be when we checked out - nobody really cared or offered to help with bags and it was all a bit clinical.

The brekfast was great . The bathroom kind of outdated

A very pleasant hotel with happy, friendly staff, especially my chambermaid. I had a main building, sea view room. Nice view with plenty of storage. Thought bathroom was a bit basic. Shower floor tiles are slippery but hotel does provide a shower mat. Sink was a bit ‘contemporary’ in design as it was self draining (no plug) so was difficult to rinse through items like swimming costumes. Breakfast in main restaurant provided a good selection. I have never seen such a big block of fresh butter from which you can carve out a portion! Buffet dinner selection was also good. No need for anyone to rush down at 6 am to reserve a sunbed as there are plenty around the site - beach, pool, garden and on a jetty. There is a large beach and a smaller ‘quiet’ beach. Coarse sand with some gravelly areas but walkable bare foot. There is a water sports area on site in a small harbour type area with speedboats and jet skis. It was very quiet during my visit but during the high summer months I expect it would get quite noisy. Not sure this hotel would suit someone with mobility issues as it is quite a few slopes and lots of steps.
