Corredores sem manutenção muito . Não desinfetam as mesas no pequeno almoço, utilizam um pano molhado para todas as mesas sem desinfetante ,

Un muy buen desayuno y habitaciones correctas y cómodas.

Good comfortable rooms with older style furniture, which we did not mind. Staff excellent. Everyone did their best to help us with things. From the staff at reception, bar and also cleaners. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Demasiado lejos del centro

The property nees renovation. The bads are noisy and uncomfortable. Breakfast needs improvement. Coffee is horrible!

Hotel algo anticuado en la decoración y ubicado cerca del centro pero si estar en la zona centro nueva de la ciudad o en el casco histórico. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de las calles de la zona céntrica de la ciudad y a unos 15 minutos de la zona antigua. Hotel grande y con buena atención al cliente. El desayuno algo caro. Está en una zona residencial con el campus universitario sur enfrente. Las habitaciones son amplias (aunque ya indiqué que algo anticuadas).

Clean, attentive staffs, convenient, have parking hard to find but just left side of the entrance says parking. We are lucky we parked just beside the hotel free.

Reception was a nice area and staff were friendly and helpful. Auto check out by WhatsApp link was easy, if non editable. Room was a reasonable size with a king size bed and stocked fridge, but the mattress was hard. Shower over bath was good, but very difficult to get in/out of. Parking under hotel good and €12/day. Hotel is out of town and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Cathedral square.

Hotel was fine it just was overpriced. Plus parking hard to find and rather difficult to negotiate.

Clean, calm, excellent service at the reception and at the bar.

The hotel has beds an a restaurant for breakfast in the 7 floor plus a small restaurant in the reception area for dinner a la carte. No communal areas a part from some sofas in the reception area, does it. Don't expect swimming poll or Gym as the building to do not have those facilities. Very friendly staff.

It used to be a very nice hotel nut like anything else, hotels need to tay up to date, modernise their services. Nothing was in the room when checked in, no water bottle, no tea or coffee (these are basics and expected to be there in a 4 star hotel not be available upon request! Walls are tiny paper wall, you can hear people in the next room veey well with all details! Breakfast service, and staff were great.

La ubicación excelente, veinte minutos a la catedral de Santiago, la limpieza excelente, el personal muy amables y el desayuno tiene de todo un diez.

Very modern and very quiet. Fancier hotel than I was expecting with the cool atrium and glass elevator. Reasonable price. Staff were very nice. Jorge on the front desk made my check in very easy and welcoming
