It was just ok. Restaurant wasnt open on a Saturday so had to leave the hotel to eat. Other than that it was a decent clean hotel.

Their housekeeping was severely lacking. Our room did not get cleaned until Saturday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then no towels. We kept asking and had to bring our used towels to the lobby. The next day we had to leave our towels and trash outside our room but no one picked them up and the next day other rooms started putting their stuff outside their room. It was not pretty. I went to the desk instead of calling and asked on Friday to please get the room cleaned. They said they would but no nothing happened. My husband had to chase down the housekeeping staff to get towels and trash bags when we returned at the end of the day.

Overall a good stay. Kids had a blast at the waterpark and staff did their best to meet our accommodation requests. For how busy it was it seemed the staff was diligent to attempt to keep on on amenities such as towels and keeping tables clean in shared waterpark area.

The Tundra needs updating Better food choices and more food service employees It is very kid friendly our grandkids had a Great time

Our room was not ready at 4pm and had to wait 45 minutes before it was ready. The light in our bathroom did not work. The phone did not work. It took them a day for maintenence to come and fix it so my kids had to take a bath in the dark. The restaurant was not open both nights we stayed there. The water park was ok for the kids but everything in this hotel is very outdated.

Very old and outdated. The bathrooms are absolutely tiny with just a shower and toilet. Sink area is separate and in the room.

The room was a little outdated. Food at the concessions and restaurant was underwhelming. Pool and arcade was perfect for the little one though. Some of the staff came across rude and not very welcoming.

We had a great time and I was pleasantly surprised.

Mold and mildew in the room’s ac and bathroom. Smelled horrible. Room was filthy. Checked out early as my family started to feel sick after spending one night. Bedding was dirty and stained. Staff at front desk was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Waterpark was nice, good for kids 6y and up. There is free towels and lockers, also a concession area.

We stayed in the family cabin very nice and clean. Everyone was nice during our stay and helpful. The waterpark was a great time for our family of all ages. So close to Lambeau Field we were able to walk down and tour the stadium. Will be going back again.

Fun for kids

The shower barely drained. The fridge/freezer froze our childs milk that was for nap/bedtime. We ran out of towels and they made us bring the towels up ourselves to exchange for more. The same soggy food was at the water park 3 days in a row so nobody cleaned it. 5$ for a slice of pizza that was dollar store quality. The dresser didnt stay closed-hazard for children.

The stay overall was great but at the end I lost my wallet and no one was willing to help me find it. I asked the front desk and rather than ask if a wallet was turned in they gave me a web site and said I had to reach out to them. So, they might have it and would rather send it to me through mail than just go in the office and look. This part of the stay was very frustrating for me.

Rude employees. Marginal condition. No housekeeping unless you request every third day
