Room was modern, spacious and comfortable, kept clean on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Location was ok, about 15 minutes walk to Getafe Centro (metro and rail). Hotel is set back from the main roads, so quiet. A pleasant stay.

Muy deteriorado el hotel, una habitación sucia, paredes rotas, bañera partida. No es usted tener 4 estrellas sino 2.

Camas bastante malas , por lo demás aceptable para el precio que se paga

マドリード観光のために2泊しました。 部屋は綺麗で、施設も不自由なく使えました。 シャワーにはバスタブが付いているのもありがたかったです。 0時頃に宿に戻るとゲートが閉まっており、指定の電話をかけてくださいとのことでした。 旅で国際電話を使うつもりもなかったのと、私の英語がたどたどしいのとで、焦りました。たまたま敷地にいた人がホテル内に入って行くのが見えて声をかけた後、スタッフがゲートを開けてくれました。フロントに直通の呼び鈴があればいいのにと思いました。 街は郊外の静かなところというイメージでした。

A destacar el personal en todas las áreas, sobre todo en recepción. La habitación muy limpia y el buffet muy completo. Sin duda volveremos.

Excellent but the shower water very small.

Staff was great. A little off the beaten path. Didn’t realize it was that far distance out of Madrid. No food or restaurants nearby. A mile to train station also. Rooms were clean.

In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)

El personal muy amable, la limpieza espectacular, solo que me ah tocado una cama doble en vez de una matrimonial que había pedido y no ha sido nada cómoda..
