Det oppleves på ingen måte som et 5stjernes hotell, mer som 3+. Hotellet er greit, sett opp mot «sydenstandard».

As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest.

Rien à dire, ni en bien ni en mal. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

The property is beautifully kept, and the three swimming pools and restaurants give a classy appearance. The guest services people at the reception need customer care training. While Moroccans are generally welcoming people, the front desk guys do not reflect that. The manager, a tall lady, was professional and keen on helping guests. Servers at the restaurant were great. Sallah stands out!

Beautiful property, great breakfast and very good location

Very nice hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable the staff helpful and nice the breakfast buffet was amazing anything that you can think of. The hotel is really well located no need to get a car. I really recommend it.

La piscine est très belle. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et présente une grande variété. Le lobby est spacieux et agréable. La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais spacieuse. Le lit est confortable. L emplacement est très bien. Proche de la médina et dans le quartier des grands hôtels. À 15 mn de l aéroport.

Personnel non accueillant des la réception. Les chambres ne sont médiocres. Certains murs du bâtiment sont cassés. Le buffet, les légumes ne sont pas frais. Pas accueillants au niveau des stands, pas de sourires, ni de bonjours. Cependant, le restaurant Italiens très bon accueil et serviable. Une déception

Check in was great, staff were lovely. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Pool area was lovely. We would stay again
