Front desk staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. A variety of options for breakfast...the food was delicious.

Only 5 star hotel I have ever been not providing ironing service...with management preventing the willing cleaning service of the hotel to do it. Not inclined to solve problems or give guests good experince. Hospitality is definitely not their job.

They made the room available to us 5 hours before check-in which was much appreciated. Everyone with whom we interacted was kind and generous ( from the bellman to the lounge staff and front desk staff and concierge) which was a lovely way to start our trip to the UK.

Everything was very good . Our only issue was the cooked food was lukewarm at breakfast and the wait for cooked food was too long . Other than that we were very happy with our stay

Skuffende værelse Vi blev desværre skuffede over vores ophold. Værelset var helt lukket af uden nogen form for udsigt, og jeg følte mig nærmest placeret i et indelukket rum. Det så slet ikke sådan ud på billederne, hvor man ikke kunne se detaljer, der viste, at man kunne ende med et værelse uden udsyn. Det føles meget misvisende. Da vi kontaktede receptionen, fik vi at vide, at familieværelserne kun går op til 4. etage, og at der derfor ikke findes familieværelser i den høje bygning. På billederne fremstår det ellers, som om værelserne ligger i den høje hovedbygning med flot udsigt. I virkeligheden ligger familieværelserne bagved bygningen og har slet ikke noget med den høje bygning at gøre. Det stemmer ikke overens med den måde, hotellet præsenterer sig online. Der ligger også et stort shoppingcenter cirka 15 minutter fra hotellet, hvilket er et plus, men samlet set levede opholdet ikke op til vores forventninger

Room was clean and very well presented! Staff were very helpful! Great location.

Considering the price charged for the room, I was surprised that the shower was inside the bath and not a stand alone unit. Additionally service at breakfast was dreadful. We were shown to a table and then that member of staff left without saying a word. There were no glasses for juice, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and I gave up on eggs. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room and my daughter said she had a great sleep.

Good quality room, lovely comfy bed and excellent customer service throughout our stay.

Room ok. Tv stopped working as soon as we were in the room. Room ok. Shower very weak. The temperature was about right but noise from dlr was intrusive and view of building site was disappointing
