The location was not as expected. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but shorten it to one night due to the location.

Great stay, lovely hotel & staff incredible. The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending in the location but was quite a way from the centre of Lisbon but Ubers were really reliable & affordable so this didn’t bother us. We did see local transport too ( train & bus) but didn’t use them. Hotel rooms were spacious & clean & we were fortunate enough to have a nice balcony. Service great & rooms were cleaned daily - with staff excellent. The reception was nice as was the bar area where breakfast was served every morning. We tended to eat at around 9 - 9.30 & food was still plentiful with good choice of cereal, continental, cooked etc. We asked for more towels, pillows & to use an iron all these requests were quickly responded to. We were surprised that there was no milk despite tea & coffee making facilities that would be our only negative but even that did not soil anything. Brilliant hotel, great staff - wonderful!

It’s an older building so you won’t have a super elevated experience, but the hotel staff were courteous and helpful.

Breakfast was lovely...breads, meats, eggs, fruits, juice. We had a suite for three adults and all wasjust great!

The Hotel Real Oeiras was a really nice hotel to stay with a really nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly. It suited us because we could walk to the train station about 20 minutes walk and there's some lovely restaurants around Paço de Arcos, again 20 minutes walk away. Ubers are reasonable and train into Lisbon are cheap and don't take that long.

El buffet de desayuno es muy completo. Piscina suficientemente grande para nadar. El personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fueron las almohadas.

We loved the room size, view and very large balcony. The breakfast was great as well. The only complaint we had was the concierge at the front desk was lacking in some of the info he gave us. We were not made aware that we would need our room card to ride the elevator, use the electricity in our room etc. We had to keep calling the front desk to get this info.

the hotel would need to make some investment, such as getting ride of the carpets in the rooms. definitely not clean.
