The staff were fine, and the facility was nice, but I had to switch rooms because my neighbors were partying at 1am and the new room had pet dander in it, which I am highly allergic to, so I left the property at 2:30am and drove 2.5 hours home.

Hotel was super clean and everyone was friendly. airport shuttle was timely and loved the hotel was in walking distance to a shopping area

Breakfast was soggy due to the containers, steam evaporating, and water settle into the food. I wish a little bit more selection would’ve been great. The staff was outstanding no complaints. I would give the cleaning crew five stars. They helped out with everything that was needed and very prompt. When it came to the bathroom, I would say the fan wasn’t working to take the steam out of the bathroom. It got really hot in there. The water was not hard enough. I wish we could’ve smoked outside is a great area. Unfortunately it’s not smoking, though. You have to literally stand outside the hotel to smoke.

The hotel is adjacent to the largest mall in Tampa, so it is super convenient for shopping, dining, or just walking around.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel to families. While the hotel markets itself as having cribs, it can NOT provide you with a place for your infant to sleep that meets even the bare minimum recommendations for safe sleep per ACOG (US national standard) or Health Canada (CAN national standard). They provide you with a pack n' play that can't be properly cleaned, with a mattress that does NOT fit properly and no fitted sheets. The too small matress is covered in a random loose unfitted (and unsafe) folded adult flat sheet. When I requested a properly fitted sheet and mattress they could not provide one. They did eventually purchase a sheet properly fitted for the pack n' play, but their pack n' play did not have a proper mattress so it was still loose and a suffocation hazard. I think they are lucky they haven't yet had a serious incident. I did still give 3 stars because hotel staff were professional, it was very very clean, the pool was lovely, as was the facility otherwise. The airport shuttle was efficient and, interestingly, they allowed us to use our car seat indicating we had to install it ourselves due to insurance. Which is good, we know how it works but its funny they have this caveat yet provide those same children with such a suffcation hazard to sleep in.

Room was great for our stay close to the airport. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kids liked the pool and the hotel has a well equipped gym. We loved that it connects to the mall and we were able to shop and eat without needing to drive.

Good convenient location by the mall. Close enough to take a walk to the ball fields to catch a game. Staff is okay but not too engaged and not approachable. “Good morning”Hello” when passing by would go a long way. The room didn’t have much of a view but we didn’t stay in the room long anyway.
