Hotel in posizione comodissima. Camere spaziose e con arredamento essenzialea molto carino

Emplacement en plein centre de Cannes. Proche de tout. Mais chambres vieillottes et mal insonorisées. Étant proche de la gare (juste en face). Beaucoup de bruits toute la nuit. Prévoir boules quies. Petit déjeuner un peu décevant. Pas bcp de propositions et tout est regroupé au même endroit ce qui rend l’accès un peu compliqué.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was cleaned regularly, the air conditioning worked properly, and the terrace offered an amazing view. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the location was extremely convenient—just steps away from the Croisette Boulevard and the train station, yet there was no noise from the station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The only downside was the lack of a minibar or fridge in the room, and there was no shared refrigerator available for guests to keep water or ice cold during the hot season. The staff kindly allowed me to use their own fridge, which I greatly appreciated. However, it would be a nice improvement if the property provided at least one guest refrigerator on each floor. As a minor suggestion, updating the carpet to a lighter colour in the future could make the property feel more spacious, brighter, and even cleaner-looking. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Très bien placé et propre

This is the fourth year in a row that I’ve stayed there. I love its proximity to the train station and to the Palais during the film festival. The breakfast is on the roof, so you always get to enjoy the sun in the morning. A special call out to Herve, who has always treated me well and is about to retire.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Cannes. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, which made everything very convenient. My room was small, but very comfortable and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the 24-hour service. What made the stay especially enjoyable was the staff, who were consistently warm, kind, helpful and professional. I would happily stay here again and plan to return.

This hotel has a tight fit in the room with limited plugs. It is however one of the better hotels we stayed in and the breakfast was very good. It is very close to the train station which is very helpful.

Hôtel correct et chambre propre, idéal pour une nuit de passage en face de la gare. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est adorable en revanche pour l’accueil ça sera une chance sur deux ! Une personne s’est plié pour rendre service quand à la deuxième personne elle ne vous regarde pas en parlant et est condescendante !

Hotel três bien le seul truc trop bruyant avec les jeunes

Great hotel across from train station & in centre, comfy beds, friendly receptionists, basic rooms but clean which does the job for city breaks. Breakfast isn’t included & 10€ pp so just bare that in mind.

Le menu déjeuner proposé est une formule très bien pour 10€ bien complet La climatisation n'est pas disponible au moment que nous avons été sur place mais aucun problème la température extérieur 13'c

Just across the main train station and bus route to all places high makes it very convenient.

Very disappointed with the hotel, no air conditioning very small rooms, difficulty getting the room cleaned, very noisy outside, rude staff particularly the lady serving the breakfast on the terrace!!

Très bien situé, accueil parfait.

A bot overpriced sub-tier room, but that have been nicely renovated. Breakfast is an additional charge in opposition with what the staff told me on arrival
