The receptionist was not nice. The room smelt not good and also the towels. The only good thing was the location!

Cheap and cheerful no frills budget hotel with very friendly and kind staff. Nice and spacious room, pretty comfortable bed. Shower head stuck to the wall, which is impractical, otherwise a decent bathroom. Good parking, even if it's paid, and decent food options next door.

Really dirty to the point I would say unhygienic Carpets stained and dirty, disgusting built up of dirt and hair in corners of bathroom and whole room smelt horrible

Handicapped rooms are great. No stairs or steps, handholds in shower where most places you’re sure to slip! Generous with teas and coffee Window looks at parking lot, ground level, although by a M road convenience restaurants, very quiet

Stayed here for 1 overnight stay as we where visiting local areas of interest and this hotel was very conveniently located on the service station with good access to food in the service station.

Check in was wonderful, bath mat was dirty. Bathroom was clean aswell as the bedroom.

Good cheap stay, beds comfortable and clean, but shower had dust and hair around the edges and the toilet wasn't flushed when we had arrived.

Great receptionist really helpful and informative. Made our stay perfect.

My room was spotless and bed and pillows were so comfy.very comfortable stay .and will definitely stay again . Only thing was the tele sound and signal kept going .otherwise 120 /100 stay .Thankyou .

Our room was an accessible room, as requested. My husband is unable to walk more than a few yards and He also suffers with COPD, which necessitates his having to have two machines to provide and distribute oxygen throughout the night. The bathroom was large and had many grab handles, but there was a BATH, not a shower! How was my husband supposed to get into a bath? There was ONE socket in the bedroom. ONE socket for two critical oxygen machines and a fan, not even a USB loint for charging our mobile phones. What an extremely disappointing experience over the two nights. Never again.

no hot water in the morning surprised to be charged an extra £5 for overnight parking...for a motorcycle! I'd be happy to pay £5 if there was something to lock the motorcycle to.

Quick overnight stop to break our journey. Room was a bit dated but clean. Room was quiet and good value

The reception staff where amazing and very helpful however the room was filthy! Curtains torn, hanging down, stains on the walls! Broken sink, dirty stained toilet, shower was dirty and stained. Carpets were torn and stained. £90 including disabled parking. Total disgrace! Not impressed.
