Excellent hotel. Modern, clean and good service. Breakfast was lovely and they even cleaned my windscreen complimentary while parked. Wow! Thank you!

Esperienza molto piacevole , la camera fornita era anche più grande delle doppie che solitamente vengono date negli hotel di pari livello. Condizioni delle camera molto buone e pulizia giornaliera. Ottima la posizione per spostarsi tra mare e centro città. Promosso a pieni voti.

Clean and spacious rooms - great AC and nice bathroom . Breakfast was great as well!! Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful

Great hotel near shopping

The room is ultra basic, with no kettle or coffee machine. The bathroom is actually quite beautiful. It's just unfortunate about the strong smell of sewage water that was sometimes present in it. Wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel pulito, camera spaziosa, vicino alla metro, ottima colazione, personale cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato.

Very welcoming & quiet & effecient, nice bar area with friendly staff, rooms very clean, although our room faced an inner courtyard, which wasnt a pleasant view & we couldn't draw the curtains as being over looked on all 3 sides. Had breakfast in the Hotel on one morning, bit disappointing, quality of food was not that great for the price, 16 Euros each & wouldn't go back, but overall a nice stay

Estuvo muy bien nuestra estancia en el Hotel Silken, los desayunos muy ricos, la habitación muy amplia y muy a gusto todo. El personal muy amable.

Nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms, staff is helpful only thing is that the bathrooms keep having a bad smell don't know if they are aware of it... overall pleasant experience and definitely recommend it

Staff super friendly and very helpful, the area around the hotel feels safe but not nice or convenient to walk around , the hotel needs maintenance and renovation, the room is comfortable & plenty space !! The parking is a good deal right at the basement.

We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning.

Good stay and close to everything. Had car parking in the garage and bike rental.

Le sejour est juste convenable. Voyageant à titre professionnel, mes frais sont remboursés sur présentation des factures.Il a été impossible pour l'hôtel, 4 étoiles tout de même, de me produire une facture prétextant que l'achat avait été fait sur le site d'Expédia, société mère du site Hotels.com. Pour information, je me souviens d'avoir réservé un hôtel sur ce même de site pour un séjour d'une semaine à Sydney en Australie. Il n'y avait eu aucun problème pour l'Holiday Inn de me produite une facture, là encore pour un remboursement. La question est un peu "philosophique", à quoi doit-on s'attendre comme service 4 étoiles au Silken Hotel puerta Valencia?

The hotel room we stayed at was very nice and we had enough room for our family. However, the WiFi was on the slower side, and the hair dryer did not work. In spite of this, I would highly rate this hotel.

Habitación y baño amplios y limpio. Disponibilidad de parking con transporte publico cerca para llegar al centro. Lo único malo a comentar es que hay pocos ascensores cuando hay alta ocupación. A veces toca subir con carga por las escaleras por no esperar mucho tiempo.

No sabría qué destacar en primer lugar de Silken Puerta Valencia, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, calidad máxima, cualquier petición es atendida, limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones extraordinario, variedad del desayuno..., podría seguir escribiendo bondades sobre este establecimiento y nuestra estancia en él. Se agradece el que te hagan sentir como en casa. Enhorabuena por el trabajo que desempeña todo el personal.

I would never stay here. We actually checked out as soon as we went to the room. Old, dingy, humid. Rock hard beds, stench of mold.
