Breakfast was excellent a good variety of stuff to choose from. Dinner option was pretty good as well

I checked out immediately after I checked in. Room smelt very moldy didn’t get ocean view we were looking at the back of a dirty building with air conditioning. The front desk agent said I couldn’t change the room. I didn’t stay more than half an hour and went to another hotel. What’s worse the ignored Expedia inquiry for a refund. Not answering emails and when they did answer calls they say email. Horrible experience

Breakfast was good. Didn't like the eggs too much because they were watery and I didn't like that the food was exposed so people coughing, sneezing and generally talking around the food was not good.

Rooms seemed renovated, very modern. Great breakfast

O hotel é excelente e está numa localização fora da zona turística. Equipe de funcionários bastante atenciosa. Café da manhã também variado embora muito lotado de hóspedes. O problema maior é a recepção. Faltam atendentes, formam-se filas enormes e os poucos funcionários trabalham sob pressão.

The room was spacious, had a lovely view of skyline and water, staff were friendly, and accommodating.The breakfast buffet was amazing, for its variety, flavor and freshness. We loved it. Overall a great value!

Realmente fue la mayor decepción que he tenido en mis viajes a Panamá, pensé que iba a ser un hotel atractivo en buenas condiciones y con personal atento y resultó ser todo lo contrario. La caja fuerte de la habitación no funcionaba la puerta del inodoro no funcionaba el agua de la regadera, se salía por todos lados y mojaba toda la habitación. Adicional la atención del personal es terrible. De lo peor que he recibido en Panamá. La recepcionista dio un espectáculo de pésima atención a un amigo colombiano que está hospedado en el mismo hotel, y que decir del personal del restaurante del desayuno fatal. Se quería corta la palabra en general es un Hotel antiguo descuidado con pésimo servicio, jamás lo recomendaría.

Fue paseo en familia. Esta muy centrico y eso permite movilizarse con facilidad!
