Great room and staf and Gent is a very nice place

Clean and tidy hotel in a great position. Public parking close by. Staff didn't seem interested in supporting with your queries

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, das ganz zentral liegt; das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück gut, die Zimmer sauber und geräumig; der Frühstücksraum oben mit Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt; der Blick war allerdings getrübt wegen einer großen Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft;

The room AC was not running properly . Couldn’t sleep it was very hot . Next day they provided us with fan . The room temperature remained at 75 constant .Do not visit this place .Air-condition duct and airflow is very little .Controlled by the staff in the main floor . Breakfast was very good . The whole purpose is to have a good night sleep . Not in this hotel .

Helt fantastiskt stort rum med både dubbelsäng och enkelsäng för mig och min dotter! Kaffekapslar varje dag, badrock och tofflor ingick också. Suverän frukost med mycket att välja emellan. Gott kaffe i maskinen. Mycket trevlig turkisk (?) familj som skötte allt. Utsikten var inte så vacker med hus som höll på att restaureras. Låg på en lugn gata nära till torget med restauranger och sevärdheter. Hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i Gent. Ett tips är att ta tåget i ca 1 h till Brugge! Sååå mysig stad med kullersten och massor att utforska! Testa olika ölsorter. Köp även med lite god Belgisk choklad.

We arrived to find the AC wasn’t working and construction activity was going on right next door! Staff were very helpful but there was little they could do. Hotel boss was going to call/write us ….he has yet to do so.

Mooi centraal gelegen Hotel. Onze premium kamer was ruim, stil en goed. Het had iets schoner gekund en het handdoekrekje had gerepareerd moeten zijn. Ontbijt is heel goed met ruime keus. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Our room was upgraded to a suit in the old part of the hotel. The room was very spacious but quite dark. Check in was a challenge as although we had booked a B&B rate reception was adamant that our booking was room only. Luckily the app showed breakfast was included and they eventually accepted it. Breakfast had a good selection but was very busy. The hotel has a central location Nice big bathroom

Toilet has a leak and smelled. Shower cubicle overflowed and spilled water. Not enough power sockets. Room very very dimly lit. Bathroom steamed up

Outdated interior and old, smelly wall-to-wall carpets, gym (fitness room) is a tiny and narrow room squeezed with some equipment, barely space to use anything. Breakfast is ok, good standard. Staff is friendly.

Convenient to river and lots of restaurants nearby
