The room was great. Customer service and communication within the staff need alot of work. We did not have a good experience and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Staff was so friendly, helpful and upgraded our room for 10.00. Check out just as wonderful. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Scenery was beautiful downtown skyline.

Really an excellent stay overall - my only gripe was that the mattress was way too soft.

Hotel needs a night watchman for the parking lots, regardless if they’re city property or not.

The room and hotel were very clean and location couldn’t be better. Room size was decent. The carpet is starting to show wear. The charge for parking is exorbitant and parking spaces were few.

Nice location. Hotel is very clean but somewhat dated. One of the better options for Winnipeg.

Spa was lovely. Bathrooms were well designed. Beds comfortable.

The suite was great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was good but service was not. For those who are driving, be advised there is no secure parking available. During our stay our car, and others', were broken into.

Luxurious hotel in a fantastic location! I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. So much to see right out the door. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the shampoo products in my room.

It's a really great location. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but it wasn't in itself outstanding, just very good.
