A lovely stay in the centre of Lille. The front views were great for people watching as the city came to life as the hours went by In the morning. Coffee on the terrace was a wonderful experience. Aswell as the rooms being cosy and compact. The shower was excellent and very powerful. Even though there was no AC the Fan left in the room done an excellent job of keeping us cool during the night whilst being quiet enough for us to have a great nights sleep. Overall experience very good and staff were always pleasant throughout our stay.

J'ai séjourné deux nuits à l'hôtel Chagnot. Le personnel est très serviable et l'accueil est au rendez-vous. Malheureusement, les chambres et la majeure partie de l'hôtel (à l'exception de la salle de petit-déjeuner) sont dépourvues de climatisation. Nous avons bénéficié uniquement d'un petit ventilateur pour la chambre, ce qui n'était pas suffisant en période de canicule. Aussi, les chambres sont très étroites, et les oreillers peu confortables. Le petit-déjeuner à 13 euros est très cher, au vue du buffet proposé. Clairement les 13 euros paient la vue depuis la terrasse sur les toits de Lille, très belle, mais tout de même onéreuse. L'emplacement est idéal, face à la gare Lille Flandres, mais je ne retournerai pas pour les points évoqués plus haut.

TGVの運行取りやめにより、空港について急遽当日予約させていただき深夜にチェックインとなりましたが気持ちよく対応してくださいました。部屋は清潔で気持ちよく使うことができました。ただ、冷房がなく扇風機(風量が強力で助かりました)しかなかったのと、シャワーの排水口の排水が悪すぎて髪を洗った時点で断念せざるをえなかったところは少し残念でした。部屋に電気ポットがあったのも非常に助かりました。ありがとうございました。

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des avis, et encore moins des avis négatifs, d'autant plus que le personnel est gentil et serviable. Mais cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Il n'y a pas de climatisation (je reconnais que je n'avais pas vérifié ce point lors de la réservation), la chambre est minuscule et triste, les toilettes sont exiguës, en couloir, et l'atmosphère est étouffante, surtout en ce mois de juillet. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est très décevant, avec pratiquement aucun produit frais... à part une pomme. Bref, passez votre chemin.

Hotel 3 étoiles, "fraîchement rénové" selon leur site et dont les chambres, que nous avons payées 130 € la nuit, ne sont pas climatisées ?!? Tout mon groupe a été choqué, cela ne nous avait pas traversé l'esprit de vérifier, tant cela semble impensable. Ajoutons que nous avons tous eu la sensation que les draps contenaient du polyester ou autre matériau qui renforçait encore la sensation de chaleur. Mention particulière tout de même pour l'accueil en soirée, qui a été très agréable, nous n'avons que de bonnes choses à dire sur le personnel.

L'hôtel Chagnot est idéalement situé. Le point de vue pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment très agréable. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très attentif.

Hôtel très pratique car proche gare et du vieux Lille. Bonne literie, petit déjeuner terrasse top. Juste l’ascenseur un Peu bruyant si vous êtes à côté.

A very decent little hotel close to the Gare Flandres and 5 mins from the Eurostar station. Small single room, but adequate for my needs. Breakfast bar modern and airy. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the station square. Hot food at breakfast fairly limited, but good quality and plenty of other choices. Check in quick and efficient. I would stay there again.

Location is excellent opp Main railway station and 5 mins walk from Eurostar Room was on 3rd floor overlooking nothing but other room windows and other properties air con NO Air Con in this room - needed the window open all night which was super noisy and you will need earplugs. Plus open windows brought bugs into our room ... last counts 11 bites (pretty certain this will apply to all the hotels) Twin Room - V tiny .... moved beds apart as much as poss to get between then created issues with bedside light and plug sockets (it is not really a twin ... a double made as a twin). No side table for water / book / phone etc Fabulous Shower! V good Poor hair dryer Quite noisy from 7am onwards Doors bang loudly Recp staff excellent v v v helpful £200 for 3 nights as a 3 star

Room was really clean, small but very comfortable. Such a great location and very quiet

The hotel was well positioned if you require to be close to the railway network. The staff were really welcoming and very helpful. The room was adequate for our needs, was very well presented and very clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby and just a short walk from the old part of Lille. Only drawback was the street cleaners started very early in the morning, as just outside is quite a large public area. It was the person with the leaf blower that was the worst. It would be far better if he had a broom if I am honest. Chasing general rubbish around with a leaf blower is just so noisy. Lille was a fabulous place to visit and we look forward to returning soon!

Καλη τοποθεσία και πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Καθαρό μρ πολύ ωραίο χώρο για πρωινό στον 7 όροφο. Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό. Το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι το δωμάτιο δεν είχε κλιματισμό και οι θερμοκρασίες ήταν υψηλές. Μας έδωσαν φυσικά δυο ανεμιστήρες στο δωμάτιο αλλά όλο το βράδυ έκαναν θόρυβο και όταν τους κλείναμε το δωματιο ζεσταινοταν αμέσως
