The bathroom was poorly maintained, mold lined the tub, and the showerhead was visibly dirty.

The room was dirty and it had a bad smell

Our flight from NY was delayed, no shuttle after 8 pm, we had to rent a car as we didn't have a US phone to call a Uber. Front desk agent not in a good mood. They don't have drinking water to offer as in all other hotels, you have to buy it. To much noise from other guests at the middle of the night. Poor breakfast.

Terrible atención en la recepción, ofensivo y además sin ganas de dar y ofrecer un buen servicio. El hotel en sí pudiera estar mejor, pero el personal es el que hace que el hotel sea patetico.

Breakfast was over at 10 so I missed it. The bed comfort was ok. The bathtub had hair from the last person staying, it was gross.

A Basic Stay with Some Challenges The hotel serves its purpose if you only need a place to sleep. The woman at the front desk was a bit rude, but honestly, that seems to be the case with most people in Miami—they don't seem to enjoy what they do. My toilet took about a minute to flush, and I was told it was because the pipes were very old. They tried to fix it, and it helped a little. The key cards lost their access almost daily, and I'd only realize it after getting to the third floor, forcing me to go back down to the lobby and wait in line behind people checking in. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and old. The small pool is accessible from the outside and was always crowded. As for the TV, forget it—there was nothing interesting on the few channels available. The microwave didn't work properly, and the overall facilities are just very old. It's truly only good for sleeping and nothing more.

They charged to collect packages

Do not book here. Staff is nonchalant. Carpet is filthy, room was dirty, sheets stained, hair on sheets, pillow, bathroom door, tub and floor had used bandaid. Hallway carpets are disgusting and looked like it hasn’t been swept in weeks.

the rooms are extremely dirty and dusty. Beneath the A/C filled with dust. Cockroaches bathroom has mold. Towels had hair. The flooring is rough! Room is musty. The only good thing was the pool. It was excellent. The place needs an over haul!

The place wss dirty, the room was in bad condition with water damage and rust. Included breakfast was an absolute joke. The wotst coffee i had in my life. Seems like the coffee was simply re-heated . It was so strong that i hsd to add at least 1/3 water to make it drinkable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
