Es mi hotel de confianza para mis estancias cortas en la ciudad, ya que sus instalaciones son muy buenas y su servicio de traslado al aeropuerto es excelente y totalmente gratuito!!

Had some issues with transportation and someone needs it to pick up the phone. Had to call numerous times in order someone to answer the phone. Not acceptable waiting 45 minutes for shuttle to pick up and then 30-40 minutes to get there.

Quiet area

El hotel hoy fue ruidoso. En la regadera se tardaba en irse el agua. En el restaurante tuve que llamar varias veces a que me atendieran

I had a wonderful stay at Raizor Air Port! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I especially appreciated the shuttle service and how well everything was maintained. I would definitely come back again—highly recommended!

I appreciated that when we arrived at noon they were able to check us in to a room. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. However, all night many different groups people walked down the hall speaking and laughing loudly and then slamming doors. This went on repeatedly between 10 pm and 5 am. I’ve never been in a hotel where the other guests were so rude in public spaces but I’m not sure I would stay here again.

El hotel en general muy bien, lamentablemente había un grupo de gente haciendo ruido desde las 22:00 hasta las 4:00 h. De fiesta, azotando puertas, gritando, subiendo y bajando escaleras. Avisamos a la recepción en varias ocasiones y no hicieron nada. Terrible pagar para no poder dormir.
