Super Ausstattung, sehr freundlich und sauber. Dazu gutes Essen, mit viel Abwechslung. Die Cocktails lassen ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, sonst alles top !

Anche se in bassa stagione l' hotel offre un' all' inclusive di qualità e intrattenimento serale per tutti. Non ho potuto sfruttare i servizi di giorno, ma il planning sembrava completo per gli ospiti di tutte le età.

The hotel is great, all amenities are well kept and the location is amazing. The only thing we had a bit of an issue with is a strange vibe of some staff members not being too helpful, not welcoming and one of them actually very sarcastic and passive aggressive , some refusing to speak English. Quite disappointing because the hotel itself is great.

Food and service was good but the rooms need some renovation.

Our room was disappointing. We have stayed with RIU on 4 other occasions and the standards at this one did not meet our expectations and were not as nice. Our room got no sunlight. It looked over a back alleyway. Towels in the room were very old and threadbare. The size of the room and the bathroom was half the size of any RIU we have ever stayed in. While the food was good with a lot of variety the restaurants were quite chaotic at times. Wait staff would seat people at tables on some occasions and at other times it was a free for all. The restaurant capacity was not enough for the amount of people waiting to eat and we were required to line up outside the restaurant. While our time at this hotel was okay the standard of RIU wasn't evident and it did not meet our expectations of this chain. This may mean we don't book with RIU in the future.

All areas spotless, just felt they were more welcoming to Spanish people than English, I get we are in Spain, but we are all paying guests, and I am always very polite

The staff made our holiday, our room was spotless, cleaned everyday.

Le personnel très accueillant et qui parle français. Grande chambre très propre. La nourriture variée et très bonne. L’équipe d’animation est très chouette. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Tolles All inklusive Hotel. Die direkte Strandlage ist super und es gibt genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe.
