Was there for Dominique carnival stayed for seven nights and had a great time there. The food was on point. And it was located close enough to the majority of the events. I already booked for next year.

Property is in centralized location. Well maintained.

THE ONLY PPROBLEM WAS THE LIFT NOT WORKING THROUGHOUT THE STAY. THIS WAS GOT ROUND BY THE BACK ENTRANCE WHICH ALEAVIATED MOST OF THE PROBLEMS. ROOM PERFECT. STAFF VERY HELPFUL.

Reception staff were great, room was good. Breakfast omelette excellent. Concierge could be a little more engaging e.g turn off the laptop video when talking to guests. Great place ro watch the sunset.

Room and view was pretty standard, but did not warrant the price that i paid for it. The room was tired and is in need of an update. The lift didn't work and seemed like it hadn't for a while. A kettle would have been better than a silly machine. A clothes airer would have been good for swimwear. The customer service of the staff really needs to improve, not friendly, not willing to help with questions and not knowledgeable about the local area. Especially at Carnival, a time that tourists come to visit, there was no information or anything. When i asked the staff didn't know... However, with a lack of other accommodation options - this could be the best one from a bad bunch! However, i can't fault the dive shop staff - they were brillaint and really helpful!

This is my second stay at the Fort Young Hotel and I will keep going back. The staff is very friendly and polite. Room service was fast and our food came hot every time. The restaurant has amazing food and the wait time isn’t long whether it’s to be seated or to go. Our room was very clean as well as the pool. Beautiful atmosphere!

I’m going back to the U.S feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Stayed for 3 nights after the carnival season. The food, staff and overall experience was top tier. Thank you Fort Young hotel!

Simply amazing! My husband loved the food and the staff was A++. The rooms with balcony have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. We are looking forward to going back.

The room was clean, and comfortable. And the view is awesome ! However, beware to the black mold on the bathroom ceiling : you should send your handyman to bleach clean and paint the ceiling. The outside of the room have some issues : the floor is broken in some places, and some wooden shard could hurts your next customer.

Fantastic hotel, hands down. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars, is they dont have a microwave for guests. If you have leftovers from dinner, you have to go back to the restaurant for them to reheat your food. My only recommendation is to have a microwave either at the bar or every other floor near the ice machines.

Great view from the balcony, super king size bed was so comfy, air con and ceiling fan enabled a perfect temperature for sleeping. Large empty mini bar for own drinks and coffee making facilities were useful. Ice and water machine available in corridor near reliable elevator. Parking was easy and free and the staff were nice.

The staff were very courteous and attentive. Everything is excellent from our 1st few hours here.

The property and hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, great atmosphere. Spa experience was superb. I took off one star for three reasons: breakfast buffett was extremely limited, there were only THREE lounge chairs by the pool for guests, and food was extremely overpriced for the value. Most staff was helpful and pleasant.

Ft Young is always my go to when visiting the island. That being said if you are in the older part of the hotel, getting your luggage around is a challenge as the elevator does not get you to all areas, HOWEVER there is always friendly staff to lend a hand. I was disappointed not to get a room in the new, deluxe part of the hotel. Not sure how I go about getting one. Overall I am pleased with my stay. I would say that service has improved over the years. Helpful, friendly staff

Un hôtel 5 étoiles est sensé offrir une expérience ultra qualitative, et pourtant - je commande un petit déjeuner pour 3 à servir en chambre, plus de 2H00 d’attente malgré 8 rappels téléphoniques. - Le personnel qui débarrasse totalement la table avant d’avoir fini de manger et coupe la lumière individuelle de cette table au restaurant, PIRE, n’ayant pas ma cb sur moi, une serveuse m’a suivi jusque dans notre chambre pour que je lui règle une unique petite bouteille de Perrier, alors que je lui proposais de la mettre sur la note de ma chambre, vu que nos repas de Noël avaient été réglés en avance lors de notre réservation (HONTEUX) - La lunette des toilettes non fixé - Alors que Nous étions 3 dans la chambre, seul 2 sets de serviette étaient fournis, la 3eme n’étant livré que le lendemain malgré notre demande immédiate à notre arrivée en chambre Dommage ! Très bel hôtel service nul
