In reservierten Zimmer hat eine Ablage im Bad gefehlt. Wir haben ohne wenn und aber neue Zimmer bekommen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber Preis- Leistung stimmt noch. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ausreichend und schmackhaft.

Excellent stay, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and an excellent Internet connection

The room needed some updating. The pillows on the bed were so thin as to almost not exist. We had to use towels or our clothes to make a decent pillow. Breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and attentive and helped with any request. The coffee in the room was poor quality (instant granules). Room housekeeping was good.

We arrived late and as we entered the room there was a strange smell.we didn't bother as we where tired.but the next day it was insupportable,but thankfully the receptionist has changed our room.but I think they must take care of the rooms

Great hotel, very central, excellent breakfast. One of our group had a small incident during the trip and the hotel team were super helpful and supportive. Highly recommended

Great hotel that is ideal for the old town and the Christmas markets, great breakfast and a well stocked bar. Room was big and although a bit old fashioned it was perfect for our 3 night stay and having a lift was an essential for us. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice for all nationalities. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at about midday and although we realised we were way too early we were told our room was available and we could check in. The room was big with 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk, small table and chair. There was a mini fridge but it didn't work very well. Perfect sized bathroom for the two of us with a bath and shower fixture. The fridge not working wasn't a problem as it was cold so we left our drinks outside the window. The room was at the front of the building but even with trams driving by we managed to sleep ok. Breakfast was great with a mixture of hot and cold items including the obligatory eastern European vegetables selection. We'd fill up at Breakfast and not need to eat again until teatime. The staff were great- very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay. Hotel is well placed for the Christmas markets and there are several shopping centres within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink also within walking distance

Personale var fantastisk, rask, hjelpsom og profesjonell. Utsikten er egentlig fra alle rom veldig fint. Det var rolig om natten, men siden hotellet ligger midt i byen er det mye ambulanse og politi i helgene.

Too much noise from outside in the room. It seemed like the windows were open, but they were completely closed. There was so much noise inside.

This hotel is perfectly located to the main square and shopping centres, staff were excellent, pleasant and helpful.

Very well located hotel at a good price. The room we had was a good size but a bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. Lots of options at breakfast and kept well stocked.
