This by far is the most beautiful property i have visited anywhere in the world. Perfect in every aspect.

Lovely spacious high ceilinged room. The spa and pool are very enjoyable.

We stayed 5 nights. The complimentary breakfasts were great with a big variety. The folks at the front desk were super accommodating helping us get taxis and anything else. Rooms were nice. They don’t let the AC get too low here. It’s probably about 80 in the room on a hot day so warmer than I would set the temp at. But there was a heat wave going on. Overall , we would come back.

Breakfast was good but AC was not powerful enough to keep the room cool. We needed a fan and the room was still hot.

Great experience! But the grotto cost 45€ per person, and we were not informed about this. Otherwise, 10/10

Fantastiskt palats med bevarade gamla fina detaljer och avkopplande miljöer att vara i. Personalen inte så trevliga tyvärr, men hjälpte till vid behov. Vår AC på rummet skramlade och väsnades så den fick stängas av av personalen på natten. God frukost!

Lovely Spa hotel well located between Pisa and lucca

This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so be prepared for cab fare. But are delish places to eat/drink within walking distance.

The staff is really kind and help you if you have question, the pools and area are clean, the place is magnificent ! We really enjoy our time at Bagni di pisa and will come back for sure.

Heel mooi en groot hotel. Bed was goed. We hadden wat meer verwacht van het ontbijt en zeker als je langer dan een week verblijft. De eerste dag bij aankomst geen brood meer. Er is geen variatie in de buffetten. De laatste dag zelfs geen brood, eieren, spek ed. meer. Voor een 5-sterren hotel mogen de buffetten nooit leeg zijn. Badkamervloer dient geschrobd te worden (plakkerig, vies en vuil in de putjes van de vloer).
