Amazing breakfast!! Left our luggage there after check out so we could continue exploring, a wonderful bonus! Terrific staff

The hotel was very clean. Just a bit outdated. The Breakfast was very good as well. We would’ve liked some bottled water in the room. When we asked for some they had bottles for sale.

Hotel is very well located, within easy walking distance of many popular attractions and restaurants. Family suite is large and comfortable. Room serviceand maintenence was excellent. A decent buffet breakfast is included.

Otima opcao em Victoria. Próximo ao Inner Harbour, com opcoes de restaurantes e atrações turisticas. O hotel é simples, mas confortável, com bom cafe da manhã. Fica só o alerta que alguns quartos do 4o andar possuem uma claraboia, a luminosidade entra lago cedo.

Gutes Hotel in super Lage in Victoria, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen.

Everything was spot on great staff and management Breakfast was very good Room was very large and spotless. Can’t beat the location for walking to all attractions

We had a great stay. The only comment was that the bedding was awkward with the sheet and comforter and sheet on top.

Nice hotel, right near the ferry and shopping in downtown Victoria. Wish their parking was free. But we enjoyed the experience.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A little bit dated, but that was not a problem for us. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to wharf area, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to buses for Butchart Gardens.

Nice and clean room with clean bathroom. Decent breakfast. Close Proximity to Victoria harbor and around. Parking at $25 but street parking around is available though paid. The hotel needs updating. Very small and old TV. No streaming options. The bathroom tub and toilet were old. Please reno.

Breakfast was very good

Great place to stay. Walkable to everything you want to see. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is great, a great variety of breakfast items and really good. I would stay here again.

Food just okay, old building . No pool

The hotel’s location was excellent. Close to the Parliament Building and the port. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
