Great place to stay in Montreal - clean & safe!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags in the lobby and leave our car in the garage for a few hours past 24 hours without charging us extra. Great place! Highly recommend

more than our confirmed booking. Even after I showed her my Expedia receipt multiple times, she refused to help or even let me speak to a manager. We had to contact Expedia ourselves, and they confirmed that the hotel had made a mistake. Only then did she accept the original amount, without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, another staff member assisting us with parking spent the entire time on a personal phone call. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location near a metro station. Nice, modern hotel. The king room was spacious. I'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Nice hotel, bad area. The location is walkable to the metro and nicer areas but the streets on either side of the hotel don’t feel safe. The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby is very small. I booked a junior suite with a coach (on the picture on Expedia) but got a room with 3 chairs around a small table.

It was a very nice hotel but there was a festival going on the weekend we stayed that I wasn't aware of so it was very busy and very loud. The soundproofing was not great but otherwise, it was a very nice hotel, a great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Hôtel et chambre très propre ! Idéalement placé, très bien insonorisé et services impeccables. Lignes de bus aux pieds de l’hôtel avec point de location de voiture (je ne l’ai vu qu’après !) Je recommande vivement….

The room was spacious and clean. Valet parking was easy to use. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Big rooms and bathrooms. Well kept, clean and updated rooms as well. Didn’t really need to speak with staff too much but they were very friendly. Great location! Walking distance from the jazz festival, old Montreal and Chinatown.

Staff were great and loved the look but my room wasn’t the best kept. Mainly the bathroom: paint chipping and roof above shower was also chipped. Otherwise, very nice room. All minor stuff but for that price, expected better. I’m sure other rooms were better.

Location is ideal. The history of the place adds to its charm. No real personal touches to greet guests.

Cleaning staff came to change the sheets on our bed after our 1st night while we were getting ready for our day. We asked them to come back later. They never returned for the rest of our 3 night stay and we had to ask for clean towels. Most of the lighting in our room didn't work so we only had bedside lamps and bathroom lighting.

Love the music and art influence here. Nice little lobby bar, walkable to city attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be back for sure.

The food choice was very limited - not worth $C 30 per person

It was a wonderfully located hotel...next door to an excellent cafe and close to sights in downtown and old montreal.

Très belle chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Voiturier très efficace et serviable. Par contre chambre mal insonorisée et sur une rue très bruyante la nuit.
