Customer service was quick and easy, and overall the process was smooth. However, there were no slippers in the room, and when I requested them, I was told they were out of stock. Additionally, there was no bottled water provided in the room. When I asked for hot water, they provided a boiler, but I still had to use tap water from the bathroom sink. For a hotel of this size, I would expect at least one complimentary bottle of water in the room, rather than having to rely on tap water.
