We have stayed here before and enjoy the uniqueness and convenient location. This time, on our last night, there was loud music playing below us all night until 6:30 am. Needless to say, we did not get much rest and had a long, sleepy drive the next day.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quick and attentive service, large room, very clean hotel. Valet parking was great. Definitely will return!

Felt it was fair value for money. Room was good but all hard surfaces so bring earplugs. Noise travelled though floors and walls. Mattress quite soft but not a back wrecker.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, parking was a bit of a hassle. We couldn’t find the valet, and there was no one at the door. So, we parked on the street and asked the staff for help. They kindly informed us that we needed to check in first so they could issue us a ticket. We then presented the ticket to the person at the door, who was able to park our car. Overall, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The room was okay, but when we went in we found a canned beverage in the refrigerator which meant that the refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned out beforehand. There was also what looked like a piece of peppermint candy propped underneath the dresser drawer. Again showing a lack of thorough cleaning. However the staff was friendly and did what they could to make you feel comfortable. Lastly, this is a pet friendly hotel. If you are not a pet lover or have allergies due to pets, this is definitely not the hotel for you!

A great Hotel. I have stayed at this Hotel several times and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend this hotel in downtown Montreal.

Wonderful welcome - all staff friendly and kind; very clean, nicely decorated and size room and bathroom. Love the valet parking. Really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room. Staff made beds every day and replaced towels left on the floor. We felt safe. We were always welcomed. Our room could have used two or three more outlets, especially near the beds. It was well positioned to access attractions and public transportation. Good value for the Expedia price.

This hotel was perfect for a long weekend, everything we had planned was within walking distance or a short uber ride away. The room was very clean and spacious, and over all I found it super quiet even despite being near the elevators. There is a lovely cafe connected to the hotel which I thought was a great perk. Overall lovely stay - great area and very affordable!
