We have stayed at this hotel previously and like its location and convenience. However this time, we noticed that the hotel needs some upgrades. It appears to have lost some of its charm and is looking a little worn.

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The laundry service was poor, and the overall service quality was low. The swimming pool area did not feel safe or suitable for children, which is unacceptable. The hallway carpet was in very bad condition — it appeared rotten and even left stains on our shoes. The room itself was of a low standard, with limited amenities — only small tea bags provided, very hard beds, and generally uncomfortable conditions. Additionally, the breakfast was poor and lacked variety and quality. These issues need urgent attention to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Nice traditional hotel. Very clean and polite service in a great location with bars and tea. However bed was not true double but two separate and uncomfortable mattresses and shower was tiny in bath with shower curtain that sticks to your body.

Was dated fax machine and dvd player were their but no power cords or cords to the tv, drapes were full of holes ac/ heat when asked for help never received any and as for the restaurant as the rest of the hotel stuck in 2002

The standard of your breakfast is poor No more signboards as to what is in each silver heated breakfast servers. There were fruit flies at the spout of the fresh orange juice maker. One orange above this machine was broken open and rotting. The staff took NO INTEREST in service at all. Eg When the cheese plate was empty it was not replaced. The staff are not trained to actively remove empty plates from tables. They only do so once the diners have left. The whole experience was far poorer compared to my previous stay.

Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was the best part. Rooms are clean but in need of an update. Mattresses could use an upgrade too. The walls are thin I could easily hear noise from the adjacent room. The hotel served my purpose and overall it was ok but I would look for a different hotel next time.

Kifissia’nın sakin bir semtinde güzel bir otel. Kahvaltısı iyi, çalışanlar iyi ancak internet çok zayıf. Kullanırken sürekli kesiliyordu. Çok rahatsızlık verici.

Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff

I got an upgrade to a junior suite which was great but everything is very old and dated and needsba facelift and the bathroom needs a total refurb. The matrass was extremely uncomfortable. I was alao disappointed when i wanted to hop into the pool quickly at 7:45pm i was told it was closed although at checkin i was told it was open till 8pm. All hotels in the area were fully booked and i would rather return to some more modern ones i had stayed at previously

The best aspect of the hotel was your exceptional staff that you have.

Small hotel close to restaurants and shopping in a upscale part of Athens- very walkable

The staff goes out of the way to serve. The hotel is really affordable but it really needs a major renovation.

Decor needs a bit updating.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, was a lovely hotel nice big room, pool area big nice and clean comfortable sun beds, breakfast as lovely, staff where all friendly, was 10-15 mins from getting the bus and metro witch takes you into Athens lots of place to eat would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Cleanliness could be improved, like the removal of cobwebs in the chandelier above the the breakfast buffet The hotel needs some refurbishment here and ther to repaint the walls and fill some cracks. Nevertheless we had a great stay.
