Room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy except the sofa bed(it was terrible). Breakfast was great, waffle maker available(blueberry and regular) and eggs/sausage in addition to the regular pastries and such. Ac in our room was loud and didn’t cool well, despite being set at 65. I don’t think our room got cooler than maybe 75 overnight. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Pool was closed. Hotel was older but looked like attempts have been made to update.

The room setup was nice, hotel was located in a convenient location. The hotel had an old musty smell, I didn’t appreciate seeing a roach during my stay. I definitely won’t stay here again.

Safe clean place to stay. Baths and charging ports need updated.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites. The staff were friendly and attentive. It is conveniently located near many restaurants that are within walkable distance when it comes to choosing a place to eat. I would stay again and recommend it to when anyone is visiting the Concord area.

Nice place for the price! Great breakfast! Good size rooms. A little outdated but would definitely stay there again.

Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower price.

Our room smelled like moisture and our beds felt damp

Mattress had no pad or cover on it. Could clearly see stains on it. Couch was very dirty and stained. Tile in bathroom had mildew on it. Dresser and other fixtures very old and worn out.

Would prefer the hotel to be cleaner, but it was in a convenient area.

Room never vacuumed even though we stayed 5 nights. They ran out of ice and tissues because of a full property on Saturday night. Chair was ripped and should be replaced. The cabinets and table and desk in area of kitchen/ dining area needs to be replaced- old and chipping. Staff were okay- but at times made us feel we were bothering them with requests but because I was on crutches and had to stay off my foot, we need their help a little more than we normally would but we still felt we were being a problem. Good location to Charlotte motor speedway.

Room was spacious and hotel conveniently located. Needs to be updated, carpet stained, holes in curtains, and king bed felt different on both sides. For the price the experience was off and expectations weren’t met. Once renovated will definitely try again.

Everything good done mold in the bathtub

The pool was very nasty. My kids were not able to swim in it.

The property (lobby and rooms) are definitely dated and aren't terribly clean. Walls, doors, and mattresses all had stains and weren't in great shape. Also the outlets in the room were very weak and didn't hold the power adapters in consistently. WiFi worked well, breakfast buffet, and the staff was kind and accomodating. Probably wouldn't stay at this location again due to the condition of the room, but if the price is right for you, it's not the worst place to spend the night.
