Overpriced. Not enough elevators to support facilities needs and the ones they do have are extremely slow.

The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was average. The pool windows looking to the ocean are cloudy.

It was great

Lobby : great looking Room: Terrible (old) Bathroom: beyond terrible bathtub , shower leaking , paint and toilet Aircondition : Loud Loud loud Hallway: filled with loud big fans ( I guess air-conditioning is not working outside room) Gym: dirty and smell Restrooms in lobby : 2 out 4 have signs of out of Service. It deserves 1 Star and no more than $65 per night .

Very clean and the staff was very helpful

We were really impressed when we first arrived at the hotel. The lobby is extremely nice and the staff helped us unload and take our luggage up to our room. The valet parking was extremely slow. Housekeeping also needs to be improved. We stayed in a two double bed room - housekeeping only left us 1 towel and two wash clothes. It took over an hour to get additional towels and wash clothes. The conditioner in the shower was also empty. We also visited the Sky Bar one night. It was really boring and they had roped off all of the furniture so there was no place to sit. We also had to get manager's approval to use the vouchers we were given at check in. We visited the restaurant downstairs one night as well. My friend ordered a burger medium - It was completely burnt. On our morning of check out, the restaurant downstairs turned us away because they said they were too full and couldn't keep up. We used our remaining vouchers on snacks and drinks at the hotel "store".

Sky bar at night gets too loud. Can hear the music in the rooms and i was 3 floors under it. Marijuana smokers everywhere. At night the sky bar is open to the public. Forget about taking an elevator during those hours. Patrons pay to use the hotel, the public doesnt. Disgusting smells from marijuana because the hotel doesnt care that these people come to the skybar at night reeking. Hotel could be real nice but this sort of ruins everything. Day time is fine. Restaurant was good. Fix the night scene and keep it ckassy.

Ok the carpet was filthy the bed was just jumpy and needed to be completely replaced big dent in the middle and squeaked with every move. Totally left at 7:15 A staff said they were completely booked out.

Great location BUT, found hair in the shower, some of the towels were dirty (had stains), bathroom lighting was poor (could add 1 more light), there’s a very loud sound in the bedroom when the shower is running and breakfast buffet was limited.

Everything was great from the staff to the property. Hotel had great amenities like a rooftop pool and bar and an open air night club.

It was very clean and everyone was extremely nice

My family had an awesome time! Great location, awesome views and very clean. Rooftop pool was cool and we will be back!

The bathroom wasn’t clean at all, poor ac throughout the hotel - dated. And there was no smart TV.

This resort was very beautiful and well maintained, however, dining options were limited.
