Stayed one night. The location was perfect, right next to the rental car pick‑up, which made logistics very easy. If I had stayed longer to explore the city, I would have chosen a hotel closer to the city centre. The breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day.

The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All or most are also at least bilingual in Spanish and English, if that is important to you. The location is within the city of San Jose with lots of restaurants, shopping and a large sports complex within walking distance.

Staff was great, courteous, and helpful. The room was as described. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar area. The neighborhood is very quiet and it feels safe.

The staff was great, the breakfast was very good, I have been going to Palma Real for about 20 years and have enjoyed every stay, keep up the good work.

Excellent long stay hotel. Excellent from desk. Very helpful, pleasant, accommodating and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Will stay there again.

The breakfast was cold and not appealing. I loved the coffee and fruit. The bread and jam was also very good. We lunch menu was a little better. However, we bumped into an excellent Italian restaurant just steps from the casino.

Great stay. The onsite restaurant was delicious.

The rooms are very basic to say the least. For what we paid, been to many hotels in the San Jose gam area and this hotel was the most expensive so far, when we arrived the reception said they just finished preparing the room for us, there was 1 towel we were 4, the pillows were terrible. there was no soap in the shower. Not going there ever.
