Everything about the hotel was spot on, clean & tidy, great food & staff very helpful, ideal for the quiet & relaxing break we wanted.

We arrived early in the hotel (around 9am). Rooms were not ready, which was no surprise. But hotel was not able to provide any drinks or towels before Check-in at 3pm. When we entered the breakfast room to have a coffee as we wake up at 4am we were told in an unfriendly way that we have to pay. This is not what you expect as a warm welcome for a 10 days stay with half-board. This unfriendly service continued during our whole 10 days. One day my wife was told by a waiter with name Carlos in a rude way that she cannot sit on the terrace for breakfast because other more priviliged hotel guests are waiting to take the table on the terrace. The other day we informed the hotel one day in advance that we like to eat in the a-la-card restaurant instead of having the buffet. When we came the next day, there was no reservation because they messed it up. Again, no apologies. Besides this the hotel has a continuous shortage of beach towels. There were several days where it was not possible to change them. In addition there is a maximum of 3 changes for a stay of 10 days. This is something you would not expect from a 4 stars hotel. Overall this hotel cannot be recommended to other guests.

We had an amazing holiday here at this eco friendly and sustainable hotel. From when we walked in the front door we felt so chilled. Our room was excellent with a big walk in shower, a massive bed and best of all very comfy pillows. The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of comfy sun beds to use. We went half board and the buffet choice was extensive there was always something to choose. However what made the holiday was the attentive friendly staff who made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We can’t wait until we return next year.

Bellissimo. Colazione eccezionale. Stupendo il fatto che non ci siano bambini. Unico neo è il fatto che nonostante sia un hotel per non fumatori ci sono sempre dei maleducati che fanno gli " gnorri " e fumano sul balcone.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel est souriant et serviable, c'est très agréable (merci particulier à Sara à l'accueil et Manu à la piscine). Dès la réception on se sent bien accueilli. Les chambres sont claires, le lit est très confortable et tout est bien équipé (sauf la console d'allumage des lumières que l'on a découvert le dernier jour !). Nous avons pris les repas du soir avec choix du restaurant (à la carte et buffet), tout est très varié et bon. Les petits déjeuners également variés, buffet bien achalandé malgré le monde en août. Idéalement placé pour accéder aux belles plages du sud à pied ou en Kayak (disponibles à l'hôtel). Bref une très belle adresse à garder.

Struttura molto bella, curata, con una vista mozzafiato su Cala Galdana. La ristorazione eccellente direi, sia a colazione che per gli altri pasti della giornata. Gradita la soluzione della camera a disposizione per cambiarsi sia al check in che al check out in caso di necessità. Nel nostro caso è stata utile al check in perché arrivati di mattina presto quando ancora la camera non era pronta.

Massima disponibilità alla reception, hotel molto attrezzato per gli sportivi. Ottima posizione.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé dans une ville très recherchée pour les départs vers les criques exclusivement accessibles à pied. Chambres parfaites (vue mer recommandée), tout est propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. La 1/2 pensions est incroyable, notamment à la carte. Le buffet n’est pas en reste et la terrasse est super agréable le matin comme le soir. Sachez que l’eau filtrée est payante durant les repas mais c’est coutumier en Espagne.

We usually stay in an another hotel in the area and pay for a premium service “The Level” after staying here at the Artiem we won’t go back to the other hotel now. The Artiem is exceptional and better value for Money.
