Hotel incrível com ótima localização em Dubrovinic, apenas alguns metros da entrada de old town, cama muito confortável só acho que poderiam atualizar o banheiro, tirando a banheira e colocando chuveiros, eu particularmente não gosto de chuveiros dentro de banheira, acho perigoso, e um hotel dessa categoria poderiam ter uma máquina de café expresso no quarto,tinham uma Kettle onde tínhamos que todo dia pedir sachê de café extra pois colocavam 2 somente.

On scale 1-10, I will give this place a perfect 10. Highly recommend to choose this hotel.

We stayed at the annex. It was new & modern. The room was spacious even with a 3rd portable bed.

Perfect location just outside the walled city. The advantages of not being in the walled city rooms are bigger and large patio and fitness room. Rooms were nice - clean and well maintained.

The service was Excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Dubrovnik.

Fora da cidade antiga, mas a apenas alguns metros dela, o hotel ofereceu uma excelente experiência de hospedagem e oferta de serviços.

Perfect location

Excellent location just outside Pile Gate. My room was in the building just adjacent to the main hotel. Huge very comfortable room with a side sea view. Buffet breakfast with a good selection of options. Very friendly helpful staff. I didn't use the bar/lounge but it looked smart.

The hotel amenities, reception and restaurant were great but the house keeping brought the score down. We had 3 people in a room and we had to ask for fresh cups and coffee everyday. When they changed the towels they didn’t include the floor mat and the beds were not done neatly as expected from a Hilton.

Very close and convenient to Old Town but outside of the walls. Grocery store next door. Room was spacious and clean.

Best place to stay in Dubrovnik. Travelled with my wife and 12 year old son and you can not beat the proximity to Old Town and comfort. The buffet breakfast is amazing and so is the staff. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely perfect!! The hotel is clean and staff was wonderful! We will stay here again.

O hotel é muito bom, as instalações sao boas mas falta gerenciamento. No SPA por exemplo voce chega e nao tem ninguem pra te receber ou dar instruções. No box do spa nao havia nem sabonete, nem shampoo pra tomar banho, havia acabado, as massagistas eram fracas. Apos reclamarmos na recepção eles nos mandaram um bolo como forma de se desculpar pelo ocorrido. Foi um gesto legal mas acho que o hotel precisa de um bom gerente. Em um dos corredores havia umas toalhas em uma janela, parecia que era por causa da chuva, pra não entrar agua, mas isso é inadmissível em um hotel classificado como 5 estrelas.
