Otelin 4 farklı restoranı var rezervasyon yaptırıp gidebiliyorsunuz biz meksikayı tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık,günün her saati yemek ve içmek mümkün çeşit daha çok olabilirdi ama kötü değildi. 4 tane havuz var birisi deniz suyuyla doldurulmuştu ve çok keyifliydi. Wonder adventure gösterisi çok iyiydi ama diğer günler onun gibi gösterileri maalesef ki gözlerimiz aradı. Kalanların çoğunluğu rus olduğu için çocuk eğlenceleri canlı müzikler hep rusçaydı çocuğum olsaydı orda ona bu durumu nasıl izah ederdim bilmiyorum. Odamız düdeni görüyordu düdeni olimposu ve akvaryumu görmek için konumu da iyiydi. Odada küvet vardı temizdi su sıcaktı ve güçlüydü. Erkek personel çok güler yüzlü ve cana yakındı ancak bazı kadın personeller özellikle genç olanlar işten çok bıkkın ve mutsuz görünüyordu ama onlar da az bir kısımdı genel olarak çalışanlar çok çalışıyorlardı ve ilgililerdi. Genel olarak güzel, odaya ilk geçtiğimizde kötü bir koku vardı, onun dışında temizlik açısından bir sorun yoktu. 3 havuzu var fakat havuzlar biraz küçük. Yine de kalabalık değildi, bu yüzden yüzmek için bir sorun oluşturması Personeller biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilir Bar kısmında çalışanlar çok iyiydi

Eşimle bayram tatilini Club Hotel Sera’da geçirdik,otelin mimarisi çok hoştu dış mekanlar Roma mimarı tarzını andıran detaylarla donatılmış ,otelin 3 açık havuzu var biri deniz suyu havuzu;havuzlar biraz küçük ama kalabalık olmadığı için rahat yüzebildik.Denize hem iskeleden hem kum plajdan girilebiliyor,çocuklu aileler için renkli şezlongların olduğu bir çocuk plajı var.Yemekler çeşitli ve güzeldi,her gün el açması gözleme-waffle-pide çeşitleri var,öğle yemeğini alakart restoranda ücretsiz yiyebiliyorsunuz onun dışında fiks açık büfe konsepti.Kokteylleri başarılıydı,gün içerisinde sıcak-soğuk kahve içebileceğiniz kafeleri mevcut.Hamam-sauna-buhar banyosu ücretsiz;ücretli olarak da masaj hizmeti veriliyor.Fiyat-performans açısından başarılı keyifli bir otel..

The food is tasteless, the hotel is outdated, there is a shortage of staff, and the chefs handle the food without wearing gloves. I saw one chef wipe his nose and then touch the food with the same hands. The hotel shares a beach with a public beach, and people from outside come in and disturb the guests. This was the worst 5-star hotel I have ever seen — absolutely terrible.

The staff is what makes this hotel. They are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are great and so are the cocktails. I would recommend the sushi restaurant and the evening shows. They have a live band that plays and were good. There are a few animals which you will see when you stay there (cats, dogs, turtles and hedgehogs). We hired a car at the airport and the location of the hotel could not be better for sightseeing. You are roughly 30 minutes from the airport and within 30 minutes from the main attractions. You are walking distance from the main beach and market. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ,otel çok temizdi ,hiç aç kalmıyorsunuz sürekli ikramlar var,çok memnun kaldık

Otel gayet güzel imkanlara (spa, açık ve kapalı havuzlar, günün her saati açık bar ve cafeler gibi) sahip. Öncelikle yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Personeller ilgili ve kibarlar. Kids kulüpteki çocuk eğitmenleri çok iyiler çok ilgilendiler. Sadece kapalı havuz biraz daha sıcak olabilirdi bu mevsimde. İkinci gelişimiz ve tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz, tavsiye ederiz ailelere.

Great value for money, excellent food and friendly staff

Our first stay in Antalya, meeting with friends who had used the hotel on a number of occasions, previously. Very impressed with the plush decor, the comfort, great choice of food in the main dining area & also the a la carte restaurant. The bedroom was spacious & comfortable on the 9th floor. We had spectacular views of the sea, the mountains & the Duden waterfall. Our room was serviced daily, the towels & toiletries replaced & the complimentary mini-bar restocked with bottled water & soft drinks. All the staff were very friendly, many speaking English & also patient when I tried a few words & phrases in Turkish. It was apparent that quite a few of the younger members of staff were new to the hotel & undergoing training, which left some aspects of service a little lacking, but overall we have no complaints. Arriving in the last week of February, it was quiet, which suited us, but meant that quite a few areas of the hotel were closed for pre-season work. Plenty of space & amenities on site, with a small private beach. Just as we left (3rd March) the outside coffee & beach bars were opening up. Something to bear in mind for future visits. There are bus stops near to the hotel with regular services into Antalya. Bus travel is cheap (28 TKL each way) & easy to buy a pass & top it up. The hotel provides details of the buses to catch). There are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach bars & a sand sculpture museum close to the hotel. Very little not to like. We will return!
