Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

Bra läge med fin utsikt från rummet. Super trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God mat med bred utbud. Fick flera presenter i form av vinflaskor, choklad, extra måltid och SPA inträdde. Jätte nöjd, kommer gärna tillbaka.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Great hotel in all regards.

Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out.

The hotel was very beautiful. Worth to update to the superior room. We had the most amazing view. The only criticism is that during meals, lunch and dinner, the drinks take a bit too long to come. Sometimes you wait for the entirety of your meal. Everything else was perfect.

Fantástico resort para disfrutar tanto en familia como en pareja. Habitaciones muy cuidadas, limpia y una atención del personal de 10. Si vas con niños cuentas con múltiples actividades, como piscina con barco pirata y toboganes, mini golf, mini disco, etc. Se disfruta mucho más si vas en media pensión o, por supuesto, todo incluido. Tiene un parking muy amplio justo en la entrada. Muy muy recomendable.

Excellent quality all inclusive hotel ideal for family with different dietary requirements. Great for gluten free.

We stayed for a week and upgraded to privilege (which i would recommend) the majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. Food was very good with plenty of choice for an all inclusive. The problem we did have was booking specialty restaurants and the choice wasn't great. They book up very quickly. But both the steak and Italian were good. Sports bar was limited opening hours, which was disappointing when there was football on. On another positive the manager of the vulcan was superb and very friendly. Bruno in the piano bar was also excellent. Very attentive. I would definitely recommend but only with privilege

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. However what the “Hotel / Resort” has to offer was not what we expected. Food available was terrible, forget about trying to book a dinner reservation as it’s fully booked by the time you get there, but trust me you’re not missing anything great! The bar, prepares horrible drinks, they should invest in getting their entire bar staff trained to make ANY drink the guest requests. As we asks for drinks that were not part of their menu and they said NO we are unable to prepare them. We are very thankful we only did “half board”. The air conditioning in the rooms was deplorable as well. Rooms were hot to be able to sleep comfortably. I was glad to have brought portable fans as we had to use them at night in order to sleep ok. Pool area, was a turn off as well. They don’t have enough loungers for everyone. You have to be up super early to go and grab one otherwise you’re out of luck. No live music during the day to get a nice pool atmosphere, nothing. Overall this is more like a 2 start facility. I’ll be polite about the rating. I will not be a returning guest.

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear. La comida horrible y la limpieza regular, falta mucho personal. Faltan hamacas en la piscina para los clientes, te tienes que tumbar en el suelo porque no hay sitio .

Incroyable du début à la fin Les buffets, les boissons, le mini club, les piscines, la chambre (chambre suite junior pour notre part) Les différents bars et restaurant , le personnel, la propreté, rien à redire, tout était parfait !

Awesome time at H10 Rubicon. Blown away by the hotel. Room took my breath away. Originally booked bed & breakfast but going to all-inclusive was easy and worth every penny.

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Beaucoup d’infrastructure et d’activités disponible pour les adultes comme pour les enfants. Personnels aux petits soins, et très agréable et professionnel. Nous avons adoré notre expérience.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit nur kleinen Schönheitsfehlern (z.B. einer der Hauptfahrstühle rappelt und quietscht). Personal ist sehr freundlich, Speisenauswahl gut, Zimmer war groß mit schönem Ausblick (leider etwas laut durch Liefereingang im Hintergrund). Die Gläser im Zimmer rochen etwas muffig nach Putzlappen nach der Reinigung, aber sonst machte es einen sauberen Eindruck. In der ersten Hälfte der Urlaubswoche war die Auslastung nicht so hoch, so dass man wirklich ganz entspannt am Pool oder Buffet sein konnte - in der zweiten Hälfte überschwemmten andere Gäste etwas die Einrichtung. Ab da wurde es etwas unentspannter. Aber noch alles im Rahmen bei der Größe des Hauses.
