The property is located in a very convenient área and the decoration is beautiful. During the night the illumination makes the place look very pretty

This is our second time at this property and just like the first time last year, it did not disappoint. We stayed in villa 406. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. We were 5 adults but this villa can easily sleep 8 comfortably. The staff here is always friendly. If you have problems walking, since this property sits on the side of a hill and all rooms have some sort of ocean view, it does have lots of stairs to get from room to room and down to the pool and beach. They do offer complimentary golf cart shuttle service per request. We love this place and look forward to visiting again.

Lo unico que no me gusto fueron las empleadas de limpieza que no rwapetan y se meten aunque uno les diga que no q te vas a cambiar

Detalles a la llegada, pero fueron corregidos por el personal del hotel con excelente atención. Hay detalles que mejorar como la presión del agua en regaderas y asegurar suministros y funcionamiento de aparatos, pero en general la experiencia fue muy buena gracias a la atención del personal del hotel.

Las instalaciones del hotel y el acceso a la playa están excelentes. Buena localización. Muy recomendado para viaje familiar o de pareja.

I was not please with the staffs conflict resolutions. An onsite cooking class was offered and even solicited by your staff. We accepted and my wife was thrilled, until she wasn’t. They had nothing to offer. There were several other minor issues with customer service. That all being said, I would not stay at this property again.

We had an amazing stay. Make sure to say hi to Eloy and Elvis. Everyone takes amazing care of you. Make sure to use Uliseas at Ketavi tours for airport transportation. We will be back next year.

Excelente opción, personal amable, precios súper accesibles y de calidad

The staff were so warm and helpful, the property is in fabulous condition. It was ideal for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. There was so much for kids to do and without the canned / processed feeling of an all-inclusive. We had the best time and hope to go back!

Staying here was absolutely perfect! The beach was beautiful, the view was gorgeous and it was close to everything and everyone we went there for! The staff was so welcoming and absolutely amazing! We will absolutely stay next time we visit.

Hilton Zihuatanejo is an amazing property. We had an ocean view studio. The bedroom was very nice but the jewel was the huge balcony patio with dipping pool. The view was so gorgeous and peaceful. All the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Loved the swim up bar and pool right next to the beach. Several restaurants within short walk and town close enough to walk or take a short taxi ride. Definitely would return to this beautiful hotel resort!!

The rooms are beautiful. The in room amenities are great. The room had a lot of bugs. They fumigated but it didn’t work. And tons of mosquitos in the room! I was miserable. My belief is because the exterior doors are more like shutter doors and allows all the mosquitos in. Taxis are an extra 30 pesos. The property is difficult to navigate . The food is just ok. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again

Nos gusta mucho la playa frente al hotel, la arquitectura del hotel lo hace muy acogedor y los cuartos son amplios y confortables.
