Café da manhã ótimo. Funcionários bem atenciosos e ar condicionado funciona bem. Mas os quartos e banheiros são muito antigos. Precisa de uma reforma urgente. Meu quarto cheirava ruim, porque o banheiro cheirava a esgoto e urina. Trocaram o quarto, mas o cheiro não era tão agradável também.

Solid experience, location is excellent close to ideal. Room is clean and breakfast i good. Price / quality is very good and we enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The location is incredible. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It does get quite loud sometimes at night, even during the week. The room was very hot, and we asked about the air conditioning, it is central and the heat was on. We were not able to cool the room other than to open windows. Ok to do but it was really loud outside. The blow dryer did not work but they did bring another one, which also overheated. No make up mirror was also a little challenge. Huge mirror in the bedroom was great, but no lighting over it, so it was a bit dark to use for makeup. Overall, a great experience at this hotel. The staff was really great and the location is unbeatable.

The location is perfect. Traversed the city with out a single uber. Staff were so helpful and kind. Our room’s balcony faced the Gran Via which was beautiful and with the well insulated door it was very quiet. Beds/pillows were quite comfortable. While the hallways and furnishing show some age but well maintained. Price value on Petit Palace is excellent. …. Also there is not a shuttle to the airport as indicated on the Expedia listing.

Quarto perfeito. Hotel maravilhoso. Recomendo fortemente esse hotel. Estávamos em uma faniia dr quadro pessoas. As instalacoes do hotel eram excelentes. Localização perfeita. Ficarei la sempre que voltar a Madrid

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre

Quarto muito pequeno, não tinha espaço para colocar as malas, que ficaram no chão, entre a cama e o banheiro. "Porta" do banheiro era uma divisória de vidro, que não tinha fechadura e era possível ver quem estava dentro do banheiro, sem qualquer tipo de privacidade. Quarto escuro, com baixa iluminação da janela. Televisão acima da mesa/escrivaninha. Se ficasse assentado à cadeira, batia a cabeça na televisão. Café da manhã farto, com bastante variedade de comidas doces e salgadas. Ótima localização, ao lado da Primark e próxima à Calle Gran Via e estação de metro.
