The property looks like it is very close to the train station on a map, but the reality is quite different. More than 1km away from the city, on the wrong side of the rail tracks in a dreadful location. The hotel is modern and very clean, but no hot water for a shower, either in the evening or morning is very poor for any star of hotel. When i mentioned upon checking out, the receptionist good careless. The restaurant is close, so is the gym and meeting rooms. Breakfast was to be a voucher for somewhere not exactly next door, or a box. Not delivered to the room. I chose to take mine away as I had an early check out. This 'bag' was not forthcoming coming after paying the city tax etc, I literally had to ask! I use hotels.com often and stay in Italy, often. I am used to a less than warm reception (which isn’t right) but this place was empty and the attitude was terrible. I won't be staying here again.

Unterkunft bei einer Übernachtung völlig ausreichend, länger würde ich hier aber nicht nächtigen wollen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, auch wenn etwas wenige (das zeigt sich dann durch wildes Parkieren) und unbewacht. Zimmer und Bad ok und sauber. Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr reserviert/zurückhaltend. Gute Ausgangslage für die Fähre am Morgen.

Easy location and modern hotel.

Vi valgte hotellet pga frokost, men de ga ingen beskjed om at restauranten var stengt og derav ingen mulighet for mat. Litt langt fra sentrum.

Camera molto pulita, non guasterebbe un po' di luce in piu', perchè di sera la stanza non è ben illuminata. Sui servizi non mi esprimo perchè palestra, sala meeting e colazione non erano disponibili. Nei dintorni c'e un centro commerciale e poco altro. La zona è praticamente deserta di notte, tranne nel caso in cui ci siano eventi al Forum Modigliani che è a 200 m. di distanza. La stazione è a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi e da lì calcolate altri 15 minuti per arrivare in centro citta con un bus. Se non viaggiate per affari, consiglio, per la stessa cifra, di alloggiare in un altro hotel sia per la zona, quanto per i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati). L'albergo, se siete in auto, dispone di parcheggio

La chambre était en bon état dans l’ensemble. Cependant pour un hôtel quatre étoiles, c’était un peu limite puisqu’au niveau de la salle de bain, tous les meubles étaient rouillé. Pas de bouteille d’eau de bien tout étant un mini bar payant donc canette de 500 ml à un euro il a vu, il n’y avait pas de vue, c’était sur un terrain vague de poubelle. Cependant le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et le restaurant était appétissant, mais l’hôtel se trouve un peu loin du centre-ville. La gare est à 15 minutes et non pas à sept minutes comme indiqué sur le site où dans les dans le site Web de l’hôtel

La chambre et spacieuse et propre ainsi que la salle de bain mais je mettrai un petit bémol pour le personnel du restaurant qui nous fait même pas un sourire et qui attendent vraiment qu'on est fini notre pain pour débarrasser la table on dirait qu'on les embête
