Great customer service

Very convenient for what we were in town for.

Was under construction

The hotel was under renovation construction when we stayed. Hallways were a mess. The room smelled like fresh paint. I wish we had been notified that it was under construction and that there had been a discount for that.

Hotel was in a renovation and was in poor condition and it was still charging high prices over 150 a night. Room was dirty and looked like the shower wasn’t cleaned at all. We would have requested our money back and went somewhere else but we arrived late at night. There was nothing mentioned about the hotel being renovated on any online site.

There was a foul odor throughout the property. There were ants in the room and the coffee maker was dirty. The coffee and hot water in the lobby was either empty or cold. I was not comfortable eating the breakfast due to the condition of the hotel. The staff appeared to have poor personal hygiene.

Great night. We loved Laramie, the university and the architecture of the campus. Wonderful nights stay.

I sought the Hampton Inn in out based on my previous experiences traveling. The 9+ rating made me feel better about paying a little more for my room. Sorry, this is an 8.1 at best. The hotel was old and there was no mention of the renovation that was going on. The breakfast was mediocre. The room was the biggest disappointment as I realized after I was in the shower that there was DNA evidence of previous guests (pictures upon request). Overall, the stay in Laramie was not too good.

Location and accessible.

Very convenient to downtown

It was nice to see getting an update. With limited hotels in town stepping up to make things a little nicer will go long ways I believe. Now… knock the buildings around you down for better parking lot and entrance that is sneaky

It’s very nice.

Very clean. Nice staff. Easy parking. Average breakfast. Lots of people were enjoying indoor pool. Laundry room was small but nice machines. Close to UW and several food options. Quiet! Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

I liked that the rooms are clean and it is easy to check in. It is very quiet there so easy to get rest at night. Breakfast was really good.

Staff was rude about booking the room ahead of time on expedia. And room service stole a piece of my property. Would not recommend staying here

The grounds are well kept, the facilities are clean and well kept, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was both polite and helpful. My only complaints are that the apps digital key didn't work and some the guest were noisy.

I really love this hotel the breakfast is always great! The pool and hot tub are really nice and relaxing and the staff are awesome! The maintenance staff are awesome as well!!

Bed really comfy

Arrived at the start of a winter storm and bitter cold temps. Staff were amazing, welcoming and helpful.
