A/C didn't work. We had to change rooms. No maintence and front desk person was the only one around. After switching rooms the T/V didn't work. We didn't say anything.

Very accommodating, good proximity to the city, nice area

When we went it was so nice. Friendly staff, clean and fresh lobby. Little cafe/restaurant right in the lobby. We had the pool to ourselves and it is amazing in there. Nice sized hot tub connected too but over looking the pool with a little waterfall coming out of the front of the hot tub into the pool. In the workout room they have dumbbells and treadmills. I’ll tell you this DO NOT skip breakfast, when we woke up we went weren’t expecting what they offered us. My daughter French toast with fresh fruit, my niece had a bagel with cream cheese I had and absolutely LOVED the avocado toast with chopped green onion, sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt and what looked like arugula (lettuce of some kind). It was amazing I want to stay there just in the hopes I get that again!! 10/10. I’m an extremely picky, high maintenance type of person and this is a clean quiet place. They could use newer tubs the one in my king room looked a bit worn down, but the one in my queen was fine. We didn’t have a microwave in either room. That’s really my only complaint and it’s not a big one.

Mr. John was an amazing greeter!!! He is an absolute gem. Room was not in the best condition. Grout between the bathroom tiles was black in many places. Coffee lids didn’t fit the coffee cups. Just stayed one night, though..

Loved it

Booked our 2 queen room 5 months in advance and when we got to our room it was a king room. Went back to the front desk who said the hotel was overbooked and they could give me a king suite without the up charge. Told them we booked back in December. They said they could put us in a 2 queen room on the first floor. Our room was in need of repairs and updates. The towel rack fell off the wall and it was difficult to get extra towels. Overall it was an okay experience but would not stay again.

I booked for King and was assigned to 2 double, front desk didn't make an effort to rectify their mistake. Molds in the room and bathrooms including the toilet. Room smells awful. If I can give zero, I will. Very disappointing, will never stay in this hotel in my future travels.

It was comforting

Very convenient to shopping at the Waterfront, easy access to the parkway that leads to downtown or Oakland. Quiet property. Free parking. Restaurants close by.

I was seriously hurt by their neglect of the pole by the hot tub it was unstable
