A little difficult to locate the residence on campus after dark, but very safe, well lit and comfortable. No tv/cable, or stove in unit.

Everything is aweful. I booked it for 4 people and they charged me for 4 people. Yet there was not enough towels and blankets for all of us. Never gonna book this again.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so it was a liitle warm. It was a good deal for the price. It is a college residence.

Quite, clean and comfortable.

it is a college hostel which is disclosed only after you book. rooms are ok but shower is very small for tall people shower water only reaches chest for neck and head you need to bend

The Rooms were were well clean good service overall I will stay there again anytime.

I requested late checkout multiple times didnt get a response from the email i was given and for an extra hour they charged my almost 60 dollars

Residence & Conference Centre - Brampton Hotel, is much better than expected. When they said 2 beds in a room, I actually thought inside a room. Buts its like 2 rooms ensuite. Very reasonable for the price. No noise despite its referred to as Davis campus for students. Very neat too, with no smell. Clean towels, clean fridge, and clean rugs. No odour. The staff too are not just presentable, they are soft spoken and well mannered. My children and I had wanted to have stayed longer. I very much liked it.
