This a great place stay, I good value. But they are no perks like at a regular hotel.

Clean rooms, however smelled like an old age home. Staff is super friendly, easy stay and highly recommend. It’s a dorm during school year but becomes a hotel for the summer. Also bring a portable mirror cause there’s only one in the bathroom.

It's a good accommodation if you want to save money, really what you would expect from a college residence.

This was a convenient place to stay. Close to the main roads and staff was very helpful.

Clean property with available free parking onsite. Very hospitable staff. I wish they had night lamps in their rooms, but still it is not a deal breaker. Just bring your lamps along with you if you want to stay in this comfortable place.

Property was as described. I attended an event where I needed a place to sleep and shower. It was nice and clean. Parking is not too visible but it is through a walkway. Place is quiet. Staff was very helpful.

It’s a residence place in Sheridan Davis campus, it’s not a hotel, but has all the amenities you need and everything is close by with food, transportation, etc…. The room that I was booked in was great-somewhat spacious, bathroom is clean and pretty spacious actually. Overall all great for solo/small group travellers

No air conditioning in the whole building. They have put signs in the elevator that temperature is going to fluctuate so management has decided not to turn on the AC. They advised on that letter that everyone should put thermostat on the fan mode and open the window to make room cool. This is very disappointing. I couldn’t feel slightest air coming from window. Sleeping through night was so uncomfortable, i had to get up and dressed at 11 pm to go to Walmart to buy table fans. (One fan was not enough for the divided room you will see in the pictures ). So in short don't stay here in the month of May. This is the time of just beginning of summer and they will not run AC.

Came in late with food. Would have liked to have a plate and fork even if disposable.

Clean set up, rooms were spacious for 1 person, great for solo travellers
