It was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was amazing! I highly recommend staying there for a family vacation as it is located in a great area

Very clean . Lovely staff. 30 euro deposit. Not the scary 250 euro i had read about. Staff very helpful. I was a ground floor room and got a lot of ants but housekeeping cleaned up and sprayed and they didn't come back

It was close to everything shopping, buses, very beautiful. Staff and apartments were awesome would definitely stay again

We stayed at 7 places during our Portugal trip - this was the least pleasant. Internet did not work, the apartment was not clean; nightmare parking. This area is very crowded - seems like an area for groups of young people looking to party. The hotel staff did there best though and we generally helpful for what they could control.

Wir haben via Hotels.com gebucht, Buchung zeigt Fotos toller Wohnung, schönem Pool, neuer/super Zimmerstandard, schöne Gebäude, strahlende Fotos – sieht alles perfekt aus!! Allerdings Realität komplett anders, würde eher von Irreführung reden? Wir hatten altes Zimmer, nicht renoviert, unbequeme Betten, völlig überladener Pool – alle Liegen mit Jugendlichen mit Musik besetzt. Überall Jugend-Gruppen, Lärm, Abfall, Partys, etc. Hat überhaupt nichts mit gebuchtem online Hotel und Fotos zu tun. Niemand sagte, dass unser Zimmer/Wohnung nicht im schönen Hauptgebäude/Hotel ist, sondern in den alten Wohnungen mit allen Jugendlichen. Kollegen mit Kindern mussten Zimmer wechseln wegen non-stop Lärm. Scheint, als buchen Kids Wohnungen und belegen diese mit 4-6 Personen für Party? Toiletten am Pool entsprechend stinkig/unsauber – wenig familienfreundlich die Wohnungen (Hotel ganz anders!). Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt/Buchung, wenn wir mit online Hotel Fotos vergleichen auf Hotel.com. Achtung bei Buchung nur Hotelgebäude ist schön, aber wir gehen dort nie mehr hin! Fühlen uns komplett übers Ohr gehauen!

Was really worried about staying here as there was lots of bad reviews. Check in no problem. €30 deposit for keys. Accommodation was big. Aircon didn’t work. 2 balcony’s overlooking the pool. Cleaners every day, although they didn’t really clean the floor or kitchen sides. Just be careful there are different pools and if you go as a group you can’t access them all, although we didn’t have a problem.

Kort vei til strand, supermarket, restauranter og barer. Lett i finne taxi. Dårlig og sjelden rengjøring og bytting av håndklær og sengetøy. Kun hver 3-4 dag.

Had a washing machine and dishwasher, which wasn't advertised. Little bit run down - a little investment could restore easily. Pillows terrible. Didn't like how the front desk wrote down my credit card number AND security code as part of process. Overall was OK.

Return Visit. Great location, good value, nicely kept property.

The apartment that we rented through Expedia had no oven (stove top only), no dishwasher, or no washing machine. We upgraded on site to a unit that had those missing features for extra $20 euros/day.

I already called Hotels.com and complained about lisy of Items. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.There was no towel in the bathroom either. The body wash holder was broken. it didn't work. TV service was down. Technician came 3 times and fixed 2 hours later. Pile of dust on the floor in the living room. More to tell you. i called and brought hotel staff 4 time to clean the place. wasnt cleaned after 2 days of our stay. i also had terrible checking experiences with this place. Over all, i would not go back and do not recthis place.

Just back from a 2 night stay and can’t recommend the Quinta Pedra dos Bicos Appartments highly enough.

Apartamento excelente, decoração nova e moderna, excelte para um casal.

Good service in covid times always Clean and good location.
