Great location within 5 minutes’ walk to Quattro Canti and about 15 minutes to the Politeama area. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, which is very convenient. The room was rather small, which might feel cramped for those who value space, but it was clean, well-equipped, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The modern air conditioning worked well. Some outside noise could be heard, but it was acceptable given the central location. The elevator is new and large enough for two adults with big suitcases. Staff helped with the small lift for luggage, which was very considerate. All staff were friendly and helpful, and communication in English was possible. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view of Palermo’s old town. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with espresso served by the staff. Dinner was reasonably priced, and the sunset view made it special. Overall, a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the room size, so I would rate it 4 stars.
