Amazing variety of food at breakfast! Lots to choose from. Great bar/restaurant with views across the marina. Room was a good size.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful. The breakfast bar……..I’m celiac. The first morning I asked a staff member about gluten free. She kind of laughed, then pointed out the 3 supposedly hot things I could have. The pastries were beautiful, but nothing available for gluten free. The size of this breakfast buffet is nothing short of unbelievable. Celiac is not a choice. This is a disease. Vegetarian is easily available. Sent a msg to the hotel manager. He emailed back & said he’d talk to the kitchen manager.

Room was ok .if im being pickey slirting boards and corners were dirty. Staff at check in and breakfast were loverly the cleaners . Didnt speak at all . Even when we spoke .breakfast on sat was freezing cold. Not even late so no excuses .second day better.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. We checked in quickly and were given earlier access to our room. We have stayed there before in a Marina view room, floor 3, which was lovely. This time I made the mistake of booking a city view room. We were on floor 1, facing the street. The traffic noise was awful and fairly constant. We couldn’t have the window open because of the noise and the hotel policy of no air conditioning in winter months meant it was too warm to sleep well. The room itself was fine. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Good shower room. Breakfast was included and was very good. Plenty of choice. Just avoid city view rooms!

Great location, good pool and sauna, very clean

We were so happy to swim in the indoor heated pool and the lovely warm sauna was perfect after a day of exploring the old town. The breakfast we received as we waited for our taxi to the airport was delicious . Perfect location, great staff, comfortable bed!

Näkymä kaupunkiin.Huone oli pikku sviitti. Remontin tarpeessa.Huono kunto. Samassa kerroksessa tehtiin jotain remonttia, ja käytävässä haisi pahalle.Sijainti on hyvä. Iso hotelli, jossa remontoituja huoneita myös. Olisin mieluummin ollut niissä.Ja huone oli kylmä. Saimme onneksi lisäpatterin huoneeseen.Viinipulloa emme koskaan saanut, joka oli varauksessa.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Reuben on the front desk was so helpful and very friendly. Our room was beautiful and the buffet breakfast was superb. Loved everything about it will definitely go back

Very good location nice big room with view of Old town and Marina.

This was our third visit. Good location and close to everything. Trip slightly spoiled as the usual hotel policy had been a free bottle of wine, left in the room for stays lasting four nights or more. Since we stayed for five nights we had thought a bottle might be waiting. When we checked out we queried whether the this was no longer the case. Reception informed us that we should have received a bottle. They then had an extended phone conversation with house keeping. And said as we booked with Expedia- no bottle. I needed to get to the airport and didn't have time to challenge. However we won't be staying here again.

Hat in den letzen Jahre sehr nachgelassen. Die Lobby wurde modernisiert die Zimmer nur partiell, die Badezimmer gar nicht. Fugen sind verschimmelt. Und nicht sauber. Frühstückauswahl hat nachgelassen.

Great location and breakfast but the room was dated and smelled like sewer. The ac did not work and the construction next door shook our room.

Utrolig fint og ryddig/rent hotell. God kundeservice og hjelper med taxi før du ankommer hotellet. God frokost, rom og beliggenhet. Veldig fint og hjelpsomt personale, eneste er at dusjen var veldig kald og lite trykk i, men bassenger var bra, utfluktene rundt hotellet er bra og det er veldig trygt sted å dra.

Clean rooms,great helpful staff.Wonderful breakfast room with a piano player. Hotel is in a great location on the harbour.

Frukosten var bäst

Would’ve gave a a higher rating for this hotel it is beautiful. When I asked to switch rooms because the elevator was way too loud, you can hear it going up and down and we didn’t get good sleep, they said there was no rooms available. within a couple hours. different couple ask for a room change and they received one.

Comfy beds. Good black out curtains. Room needs a chair by the little glass table. Good number of hangers. Good number of drawers to stow clothing. No obvious luggage rack. Opening a suitcase on the floor is awkward at my age. Opening up on a dresser top is rude and disrespectful. The tv remote is an unfamiliar style and not particularly intuitive so printed instructions would be appreciated. Safe is accessible and instructions are clear. Have stayed here before and will happily return.

Very uncomfortable pillows and breakfast staff in restsueant were all miserable and never saw them smile.
