The room was lovely we loved the balcony. The food was great, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel

This was my sixth stay at this beautiful hotel, the first one was in 1971 when it was almost new, but of course it has had many upgrades and refits since! It is still the same welcoming place with lovely, friendly staff especially on the front desk. My room this time was upgraded to a suite, so definitely not complaining about that. The breakfast buffet continues t be excellent, with a considerable variety of food and drinks to cater for all tastes. The only downside on this visit was that the rooftop swimming pool has gone, (I was unaware of this in advance). The speedboat to the beach made up for it though, eight minutes rather than the old "chugger-boats" taking 25 minutes from the nearby pier. As always I would highly recommend this hotel.

Vi fik værelse 216 som havde en vandskade og skimmelsvamp. Vi bad straks om et andet værelse og fik det. Hotellet benægter der skimmelsvamp på værelse 216 på trods af vi viste dem det samt har billeder af det. Pas på med hvilket værelse i får på dette hotel.

When booking take care that when you book marina view, the picture shows a balcony. They do not guarantee you will get one and there is no were they state this. Apart from this the hotel is ok, no parking for cars and no outside pool which is a shame.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean and the beach transfer via boat was fabulous! I enjoyed top quality food and excellent massages!

Great location, clean and tidy hotel, lovely views over the marina

The hotel is well located overlooking the marina and close to the main pedestrian streets. The entrance to the old town is very close The top floor has great views from which is the breakfast room with a great selection. Also outside eating and relaxing areas. Didn’t try the pool. I liked it

Bien situé près du port de plaisance. Bon petit déjeuner. Facile d’accès pour les correspondances par bus et par train. Certainement équipements sanitaires auraient besoin d’être mis au goût du jour.

Bel hôtel, très bien situé à côté de la marina et aux portes d’à la ville ancienne. Hôtel très calme, se démarque par son excellent restaurant. Le petit déjeuner inclus était excellent, buffet varié et nourriture excellente, en plus de la vue superbe! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!!!

Goed : Goed ontbijt, mooie kamer met uitzicht op de jachthaven, vriendelijk personeel, goede locatie om van daaruit excursies te starten. Minder : Toen we het hotel boekten werd er nog vermeld dat er een buitenzwembad was. Dit was een halfjaar voor onze vakantie. 2 weken voor vertrek kregen we de melding dat het buitenzwembad in renovatie was. We hadden dit hotel wel geboekt omdat er een buitenzwembad was. Dit was voor ons wel een serieuze tegenvaller. Intussen is de vermelding van buitenzwembad van de website gehaald. We hadden ook graag wat meer kasten in de kamer gehad. Enkel 3 lades en een baar met enkele kapstokken maar geen afgesloten kast.

The hotel's location was perfect . We The bus station and the train station were within 10 minutes

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were always happy to help. You can find one of the best views in Faro in the breakfast room. Very happy with my stay here and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The staff was so helpful in arranging for a very early trip to the airport, and were even in the lobby at the time of our pick up. Very impressed, and great location!
