Ich war mit meiner Tochter Anfang September dort und uns hat sehr, dass wir am Pool immer Liegen bekommen haben. Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Da es mehrere Pools gibt, verteilt sich der Trubel und es war nie überfüllt. Das Buffet war immer sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Etwas störend war das Wasser, dass immer nach Chlor geschmeckt hat, wir haben uns Flaschen im kleinen Laden neben dem Hotel gekauft. Einen Kühlschrank gab es ja auf dem Zimmer. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, die Wege sind nicht ohne, immer mit Treppen oder sehr bergig. Der Strandabschnitt ist traumhaft schön.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Nous avons aimé la chambre, c'était propre, moderne et fonctionnel. L'hôtel au-dessus de la plage c'est magnifique. Le personnel est très gentil et fait beaucoup d'efforts pour s'adresser aux clients dans leur langue. Il y a juste à côté un petit magasin et une agence de location de voitures ce qui est très pratique. En revanche, nous avons été moins convaincus par le lieu très isolé, impossible d'aller se promener à pied quelque part. Il n'y a rien autour. Il faut absolument louer une voiture pour voir la beauté de cette île. L'option tout inclus est peu qualitative, boissons et nourriture nous ont un peu déçus. Le restaurant fait bas de gamme et les plats ne sont pas de qualité. Heureusement qu'on peut manger dehors car à l'intérieur c'est horrible : un bruit, une luminosité et une odeur de cantine... Le mieux est le 2eme petit restaurant snack en haut où la vue est magnifique, il y a moins de choix mais on y est mieux. La plage est magnifique mais beaucoup de place prise par des transats payants, dommage. Les piscines sont sympas, surtout la piscine réservée aux adultes où on a facilement trouvé un transat. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais on voit beaucoup de gens réserver leur place en mettant les serviettes. L'hôtel n'a pas l'air de faire quoique ce soit pour cela malgré les pancartes qui l'interdisent. Conclusion, c'était pas mal mais selon moi un peu isolé et nourriture à améliorer.

I booked a room for 4, although we’re 3. Myself and 2 children. Prior to purchasing the trip, I called the hotel twice from the US to ask about the rooms and was told that they are all the same, ie, two twin beds and a pull out sofa double bed. The pictures on the hotel website show that. I found it a bit odd, based on my experience, but accepted it. I booked a room with a pool view. I checked in ahead of time. On arrival, I was given a room for 3 with what could charitably be called a garden view. When I complained, I was told that I was given a better room than I had booked. I insisted and was offered a room in another building. That building had not been renovated. And was also only for 3 people. I was told that nothing could be done that day but I could return to the front desk the following day when the manager would be there to see what could be done. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was again offered a room in the non renovated building. This building is the furthest away from the dining room and entertainment center. Also, no pictures of these rooms are on the hotel website. The room offered did have 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. However, it was small, such that it was nearly impossible to reach the balcony. It allegedly had a pool view. However, the pool was only visible from an edge of the balcony itself. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that nothing else would be offered. And that the manager had said this.

Great stay for a short or longer vacation Junior Suite is spacious and well equipped for a 3 star hotel. Food is ok, can be a busy at times. Dinner or late breakfast at Tex Mex restaurant is more relaxed

Noisy rooms and appartements, chairs making a lot of noise while moving them and thus irritating for other people who want to sleep. Single bed instead of kingsize bed. So for me not again. Can imagine that people who stayed in the main building have better experiences.

Groot resort met mooi aangelegde tuin met diverse hotelgebouwen. Wel veel gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Het adults only zwembad was daarom een uitkomst. Zou prettig zijn ook deel van het restaurant en kamers adults only te maken (wij hadden een kamer boven een luidruchtig gezin van 3/4 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen)! T restaurant was prima, veel keuze en heerlijk eten.

Ontbijtzaal is rumoerig maar verder is het een top hotel

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ruhigere Lage, direkt am Strand mit Meerblick. Nach einem Tag mit dem Auto von Bucht zu Bucht oder Ibiza Stadt war es immer sehr angenehm "nach Hause" zu kommen. Im Hotel war immer etwas los, wenn man noch Unterhaltung möchte oder man geht noch auf ein Gläschen Sangria an den Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

The rooms and amenities are very basic. Good for families, although there are 3 pools, there are not many seats so you have to go early to grab a spot and the area gets packed very quickly!

BELLA POSIZIONE SUL MARE E L'ANIMAZIONE CON MINICLUB PER I BAMBINI E' IL TOP. Peccato perché alcune zone della struttura avrebbero bisogno di un rinnovamento. Alloggiavo nella zona Cala Nova ma il mobilio e gli interni della stanza avrebbero bisogno di un bel restyling. Il buffet è molto grande e vario con prodotti senza lattosio e glutine.

Nada que decir, estancia muy agradable, muy tranquilo, encantados... por poner un pero.... Todo enfocado a turismo no español. Vacaciones en familia de 10,muchas gracias por el trato recibido.... Un saludo

De accommodatie is erg ruim op gezet en is heel massaal. Het ontbijt is erg karig qua keuze. Doordat het hotel heel druk is blijken mensen in de nacht nauwelijks rekening met elkaar te houden. Rond 3,4 en 5 uur heel veel lawaai. In de omgeving zijn slechts 2 restaurants.

Nice place to spend time with family, nice pools, food is “ok” however, don’t know why rhey charge the wifi in the rooms

Meget familievenligt hotel og område med meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Rent og indbydende både ude og inde og mange aktiviteter og muligheder for fysisk aktivitet for både børn og voksne.
