Siamo stati molto bene.Ci sono cose che migliorerei come la sala della colazione,la colazione stessa e le sedie fuori che sono pesantissime!I servizi dell’albergo,nonostante la gentilezza ed efficienza del personale,sono veramente pochi.Ma sono solo suggerimenti per migliorare.Altrimenti ripeto siamo stati molto bene!

Great hotel, for me who can’t walk far,

Overall, a lovely stay. Great location, walking distance to all the shops & restaurants.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, ask for a ground floor garden room - secluded and spacious.

Tranquillità, posizione,pulizia, ampiezza della camera, personale gentile, colazione ottima. Non mi è piaciuto trovare il ristorante stellato,chiuso. Non è piacevole vedere im lettini a bordo piscina occupati già dalle 6 del mattino quando è ancora quasi buio.

スタンダードの部屋を予約したら、道路に面した部屋でした。一泊六万円と思うとバスタブもなく残念でした。 ホテル自体は、プールや朝食もよかったです。

Although it was a large place the staff were always cheerful. Very clean. Lots of places to find a space to relax. Plenty of room around the pool.

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago an returned to it because I think it is the nicest hotel in Arona. Since my last trip there have been further improvements making it an even nicer place to stay, In particiular the breakfast is really good and dinner is now at the oceanfront. Location is and was perfect.
