ตอนจองห้องที่นี่ ฉันดูจากภาพถ่ายของโรงแรม แล้วไม่ค่อยเชิ่อ เพราะฉันโดนหลอกด้วยภาพสวย ๆ มาเยอะ จนเข็ด แต่พอมาถึงที่นี่ ของจริง สวยกว่า ในภาพอีก โรงแรมนี้เคยเป็นวังเก่าอายุ 150 ปี และยังคงอนุรักษ์ทุกอย่างไว้ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม เฟอร์นิเจอร์ และ ของตกแต่ง เป็นของ Antique จริง ๆ สวยงามและประเมินค่าไม่ได้ ห้องพักใหญ่ กาบริการของพนักงานดีมาก อาหารเช้า สมบูรณ์แบบ ทุกอย่างเป็นมืออาชีพหมด. แค่คุณเดินชมในโรงแรมก็เสมือนคุณได้เที่ยววังเก่าของเวียนนา อีก 1 วังแล้ว...

The hotel is beautiful. However, for the price, I’d expect better service. The staff is not ever enthusiastic. Most of our interactions were lukewarm. Not what I expected. One of the sinks was blocked. Other than that, mostly OK stay.

Staff service in all areas except breakfast room was outstanding. Service at breakfast room was standard. Building with 300 years maintains its glamour.

I had amazing stay mind you I am an easy person to please . Thanks to Attila and Venessa I had amazing stay . For sure I will be back 🙏

My junior king suite with a balcony overlooking the city was false promotion. There were two small, narrow platforms that were more like gangplanks with a view of the building across the street. No room for having breakfast outside and even if there was it wouldn’t have been at all nice.

Simply exceptional. The hotel is stunning, and the service is exquisite.

The room was very regal. The staffs were beyond nice. Everyone went out of their way to help. Dieter and Rafael (concierge) were super helpful. Can’t wait to return for the Vienna Ball!

Nice breakfast, very comfy beds

We celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary in Austria, and during our stay in Vienna we chose this hotel — a true palace in every sense. Absolutely everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional care. We were graciously upgraded to a beautiful suite, and every detail, every thoughtful gesture and surprise prepared by the hotel made this celebration even more memorable. The level of attention and warmth shown by the entire team was truly impeccable. We were also deeply grateful for the late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy the hotel and our final moments there without any rush — a detail that made all the difference. We left feeling genuinely moved and profoundly thankful to the entire staff. It was a remarkable, unforgettable experience. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to stay at the Imperial. It is not simply a hotel — it is an experience that stays with you.

Spotless and courteous staff, very professional, excellent service, fabulous hotel,fantastic rooms. Exceptional location. I extremely recommend it.

A perfect stay at a very historical building. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Only the bathroom needs refurbishment. Very close to opera house, museums and shopping area. The night ritual, bedtime stories were lovely.
