personale scarbato e maleducato ,e incompetente che non sa trattare con il cliente

État général d'un des 2 bâtiments vieillissant , a rénover (partie appartement terrasse) esthétiquement et surtout au niveau insonorisation !! On entend tout des voisins de tous côtés, haut, même pallier et extérieur... Une horreur avec musique jusqu'à 23h, puis relayé par incivilités des résidents, musiques, voix, chants, discussions.... jusqu'à pas d'heures. C'est dommage que l'hôtel ne fasse rien quant à ces écarts de certains jeunes touristes venus faire la fête oui, mais pas au point de se donner tous les droits, (notamment de jeunes français...). Dommage... Pour le reste on est dans la moyenne d'un standard 3 étoiles. Pas grand choses en animation, accueil et réceptivité du personnel j'ai vu mieux et restauration pas top. Dernier point il est indiqué navette aéroport vers hôtel mais dans les faits non. L'hôtel demande au client de s'arranger par lui même pour un taxi Gros point positif partie piscines et spa.

Katastrophe. Das Hotel war ausgebucht von 16-20 jährigen Engländern. Sehr laut vorallem in der Nacht, die Zimmer sind kein bisschen Schallisoliert. Personal unfreundlich. Essen absolut nicht befriedigend. Auf keinen Fall noch einmal!

The best of the Hotel is definetely the staff. Always friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. The apartments are very okay, mantained well and clean. The beds were also comfy. A few tiles were damaged in the room. The fridge or other things were very used. The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but very repetitive with some exceptions. Sometimes the paella rice was somewhat raw (not completely cooked). There was for breakfast a good variety of fruits. However, there is onyl coffee from amachine and it was honestly so disgusting. Either the quality of the coffee the hotel bought is just not tasty. Ive heard the same comment of some other guest, when trying it for the first time. The pool area is very well mantained and the sunbed are all in excellent shape. Not nice is that at the pool area one is not allowed to have ones own bottle of watter or beer. One has to pay for one of the restaurant which is significantly more expensive that the ones one can get at the supermarket. Sometimes at night, you have a lot of very young guest, who are extremely loud. The staff is helpful and security is also trying to have it under control, specially, when one calls to complain but some guest do not respect and still scream or come back from the club area and keep the party in the hotel. to sum up my stay, the staff compensated for a lot of the loudness of the young guest, and make the stay better. the ammenities are good. Breakfast and lunch could be better.

From the hours of midnight until 7am it was absolute bedlam every night with the security no where to be seen. Anybody looking for a peaceful holiday look elsewhere.

Otroligt mycken ungdomar som festar till tidig morgon. Inget hotell för barnfamiljer!

Fint sted og god placering nær ved god strand. Venligt personale. Fremragende morgen buffet. Det værelse vi boede på var meget slidt. Det der trækker væsentligt ned, er at der er meget larm sent aften og nat. Personalet er lidt magtesløse mod meget fulde unge mennersker

Jag kan kalla mer som en party hotell för ungdomar men inte tyvärr för familjer.

Warnung! Laut, schmutzige Hotelanlage, keine Handtücher verfügbar, Check in fast eine Stunde Verzögerung. Unbequeme Betten und die Putzfrauen können einem nur leid tun.

+ Toppen personal, fint hotell, bra läge då det är lugnt och avkopplat. - maten var riktigt illa specifikt middagen. Frukosten var -ok

Vill du slippa fulla britter så välj annat hotell 🙈Hotellet var annars bra och vi hade bokat med terrass vilket blev fel vid incheckningen så vi fick bo en natt i annat rum men fick rätt rum dag 2 och blev uppgraderade till all inklusive. Personalen var trevliga i receptionen. Fint poolområde och bra läge i Magaluf. Gott om parkeringar om man tar hyrbil. Jättefin välsorterad butik på hotellet.

Hôtel conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Lieu festif, pas toujours calme, de grandes piscines, un buffet petit déj copieux ! Proche de Palma. Circulation facile en bus ou voiture de location. Toujours eu de la place sur le parking gratuit en face de l'hôtel (au mois de mai, à voir sur la haute saison)

Lovely hotel but is spoilt by groups of lads drinking and partying. The hotel cannot help this but it is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

The hotel stuff was amazing. Thank you for the great hospitality.Other than that we would consider staying in a hotel for families with younger children next time. This hotel is more for adults and teenagers.

Hôtel agréable mais un peu bruyant le soir ! Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre de Palma

Petit appartement fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables. Si vous voulez être au calme, il vaut mieux s'abstenir car beaucoup sont là pour faire la fête. L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne. Concernant les repas, il y en a pour tous les goûts avec nous concernant un effort à faire sur ce qui est proposé lors des petits déjeuners proposant essentiellement du salé!
