Amazing views, wonderful staff, food is sublime. Highly recommended, looking forward to booking a return trip.

As always the staff are brilliant! The only disappointing aspect was the vegetarian options. The few items they did have, were marked incorrectly. Went to the Teppanyaki restaurant, very disappointed. Prior to arrival explained 1 x vegetarian 1 x pescatarian. The chef was adamant that meant we ate anything except red meat! Not acceptable, for a hotel of this rating…

This was one of the most beautiful locations for a hotel with a lovely area around the pool lots of open space the staff are amazing here. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to serve you always smiling. We couldn’t have asked something better. Certainly a very relaxing place to go.

My sister and I stayed for a mini break and the hotel was perfect in many ways. Location excellent, quiet, but a nice stroll into the centre along the waters edge in about 15 minutes. The food was excellent, so much choice and the restaurant was really lovely, nice interiors and gorgeous view of the bay. Our room was nice, apart from the drain smell, but you soon learn to keep a towel over the shower drain. (The cleaner showed us this!) We stayed in a suite which was lovely as we had a lot of space and big loungers on the terrace but the only drawback about these rooms was they were level 1 and right above the bar, so the music was really loud at night. But it wouldn’t put me off coming back. We really enjoyed it.

This is a great hotel. Quality was fantastic as were the staff, Check in manager Philip Theking was superb.

Absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to book the corner room and it was spectacular. The views are incredible and the staff impeccable. There was little need to leave the hotel but we did venture to the marina which is a 45 min walk but great for boat hire. The breakfast was very good and the lady making omelettes is adorable and we wanted to take her with us when we left. Try the cocktail making esp if you like backstreet boys lol. My only warning when booking through hotels.com is to make sure you do get prestige access if you think that’s what you’re getting. A huge thank you to Tom and Carmen. We will be back

el hotel es encantador, solo tiene un inconveniente, tener la habitación en la tercera planta, desde las 7 de la mañana te molesta el ruido del comedor que se encuentra en la cuarta planta, mueven las sillas.....

Upgraded to star prestige-well worth it! Room 2611 had a great location & a lovely sunny balcony. Staff were friendly & efficient. Food was excellent. Very varied buffet. Our vegan friend was well catered for & loved the available selection. Would highly recommend & will definitely be back.

Estancia relajante frente al mar. Lo más destacable es la atención del personal, que siempre estaba dispuesto a hacerte la estancia más agradable. Una especial mención a la atención de Luci y Philip de recepción y a Ian de entretenimiento. La comida estaba muy bien y era variada, la habitación con vistas excelentes aunque necesitan una actualización está bien conservada. Una noche tuvimos ruido por los vecinos pero la recepción lo solucionó muy bien. A pesar de este pequeño incidente, repetiría por la atención del personal, las vistas y lo cómodo que es.

Das Personal ist sehr,sehr nett,besonders die Dame,die die Frühstücksomeletts zubereitet! Es gibt eine ganz tolle Auswahl an Speisen,sowohl beim Frühstück,als auch beim Abendessen.Alles frisch, es wird frischer Fisch und Fleisch gegrillt,sehr große Auswahl. Leider kostet der Wellnessbereich nochmal extra,ohne dass dies auf der Buchungsseite von Expedia erwähnt wurde.Normalerweise ist in dieser Preisklasse der Wellnessbereich inkludiert. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staff as incredible, so friendly and accommodating, they are really the star of the show at this resort. The hotel itself is very clean, and the views are stunning. Couple things to note though - if you do not book a prestige room you do not have access to half of the outdoor area including the nicest pools. The restaurant is buffet style and it is delicious. 45 euro per person per night, not included by default with you room. I guess the photos online make it a bit deceiving because you expect to be able to use all amenities when booking at a resort, its not until you are checking in that they tell you that some things are off limits unless you upgrade.

The property had amazing views and great food selection and service. we did the all inclusive which was great. The tv wouldn’t stream the entire time after multiple maintenance visits. no chrome cast of apps like netflix, Prime… already on the tv. The rooms are clean but very dated. The bed barely fits in the master bedroom. They never answered the phone when we call the front desk the entire stay. lastly when we checked in the had us sit down at the remote desk they pushed penthouse upgrade. If the views and meals and staff weren’t so good I’d choose another place closer to Palma and on the beach

The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. The pool and building were very clean and well kept and the food at the restaurant was some of the best I had- outstanding selections and wait staff courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. Not to mention beautiful views and Walkable to town and beach. Would absolutely Stay here again.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, so we had high expectations. The reception was friendly upon arrival, and the overall facilities were decent. The room was spacious, though slightly dated, and the terrace offered a nice view — though privacy was limited as neighboring rooms were clearly visible. Soundproofing was also not ideal. I also noticed several dark spots on one of the mirrors. What disappointed me the most was the service. After the first cleaning, we returned to find a used towel left in the bathtub — and this was not an isolated incident. There was always something slightly unfinished about the housekeeping. On the first day, some amenities were already nearly empty, including the hair conditioner, even though we hadn’t used them. I expected them to be refilled after housekeeping, but they weren’t. When I called the front desk, I was told that I would have to wait until the next morning. Even after asking again the following day, amenities remained unfilled until we checked out. At some point, I simply gave up on asking. The room key frequently malfunctioned, requiring several trips to the front desk, and the room only had two very small trash bins, which felt quite inconvenient. As it was our honeymoon, we had hoped for at least a touch of thoughtful service — not necessarily anything special, but at least the basics done right. Unfortunately, even those weren't properly taken care of. Considering the amount we paid, the service didn't meet our expectation.
